| Objective:To excavate,summarize,explore the theory source and basic content of Zhongjiang calendar medical system and put it to order by seriously researching the profound connotation of Zhongjing’s academic idea,so as to open a new visual field and avenue,seek for new method and technology means for diagnosis,treatment and prevention of common ailments,frequently encountered diseases,intractable diseases and sudden epidemic,etc.Methods:Retrieved via platforms such as CNKI,WF,Web of know and consulted in the library,went deep into the Zhongjing Museum in Nanjing,the native place of Zhang Zhongjiang,Nanyang Han Picture Gallery,Zhangheng Museum,and common people,etc.,collected widely literature materials,actual objects and pictures,etc.related to Zhongjing calendar medicine,and generalized,arranged and summarized the contentions and arguments related to this task after seriously reading and comparing.Results:1.Zhongjing calendar medical system is a unique medical theory system created by Zhang Zhongjing,a prominent ancient doctor,who were supervised by the philosophy of "natural unity" and combined his own long-term clinic practice based on achievement of ancient astronomical calendar technology and premised on defining and mastering the rule of interaction among heaven,ground,people,time,qi,and diseases.This theory system does not only combines constant and changing elements and have dynamic conception,but also includes the philosophical wisdom of the Chinese nation that nature "moves constantly in entirety".2.The theory source of Zhongjing calendar medical system is founded by Zhang Zhongjing who diligently delved into and collected widely the TCM classifical works;comprehensive cognized and accepted the holistic view of natural unity;explored and fused lunar calendar theory;researched related theory of moving qi and got some enlightenment;excited and influenced by achievement of Zhangheng astronomical calendar technology;also is the result of wide popularization and application of astronomical calendar culture in Nanyang society then as well as rich accumulation and verification of his long-term clinic practical experience.3.The Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases always permeates the Zhongjing calendar medicine idea,wherein making a point by calendar,opening by calendar,naming by calendar,illustrating by calendar,naming diseases by calendar,recognizing diseases by calendar,gathering herbs by calendar,naming recipe by calendar,preserving health by calendar and distinguishing qi by calendar are 12 distinctive marks of Zhongjing calendar medical system.4.Zhongjing calendar medical system is broken into four basic architecture modes of effectiveness,i.e.medical model of time calendar,medical model of qi calendar,medical model of time-qi-combined calendar,medical model 6 qi calendars,wherein,the medical model of 6 qi calendars belongs to combination of qi and time calendars,which is the most important and perfect constituent in Zhongjing calendar medical system.5."To know the diseases caused by normal climates in four seasons and diseases caused by abnormal epidemic qi,one should measure climate and estimate according to lunar calendar",which is the theory core of Zhongjing calendar medical system.This guidance provides important direction for diagnosis,treatment and prevention of common ailments in four seasons,some internal injuries and miscellaneous diseases and sudden epidemic situation.Conclusions:Through in-depth study of Zhongjing medical calendar ideas,this paper mainly illuminates the zhongjing calendar systems of medicine theory origin,the basic framework of combed the zhongjing calendar systems of medicine,medical system is the objective existence of zhongjing’s calendar is verified,and affirms the zhongjing calendar systems of medicine for disease diagnosis,treatment and prevention have important academic status and academic value.To further inherit and carry forward the academic thought of the zhongjing calendar has opened up new horizons and approaches. |
