| Objective To observe the effect of Bazhen Decoction combined with early enteral nutrition on the nutritional status and recovery of intestinal function of patients with postoperative gastric cancer,evaluate the safety of Bazhen Decoction combined with early enteral nutrition,clarify the therapeutic effect of Bazhen Decoction combined with early enteral nutrition on postoperative patients with gastric cancer.In order to provide basis for clinical practice and further promote the clinical application of the combination of early enteral nutrition and Bazhen Decoction.Methods According to the unified diagnosis,inclusion and exclusion criteria,we selected patients from September 2016 to August 2017 in the gastrointestinal surgery of First Hospital of Ningbo City.132 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group(66 cases)and experimental group(66 cases).The control group was treated with enteral nutrition alone,and the experimental group was treated with Bazhen Decoction combined with enteral nutrition.The sex,age,tumor location,operation time,operation time,tumor stage Enzyme,preoperative aspartate aminotransferase,preoperative creatinine and the levels of blood loss,preoperative weight,preoperative hemoglobin,preoperative albumin,preoperative total protein,and preoperative alanine aminotransferase in the two groups of patients were not statistically significant(P<0.05).All patients underwent general anesthesia.Simple early enteral nutrition 0.9%sodium chloride 250ml through the 20ml/h nutrition pump constant temperature drop was given 12 hours after surgery.IF patients felt no discomfort,enteral nutrition Rui Su was given 24 hours after surgery.Chinese pharmacy of the First Hospital of Ningbo City fried Chinese medicine and makes drink package of Bazhen Decoction.In 24 hours after surgery,Bazhen Decoction was given through the nasal intestine and enteral nutrition Rui Su at the same speed to run the infusion pump injection.Heated the Bazhen Decoction to about 37℃ with a constant temperature heating bar,input for 24 hours consistently and continuously.If patients remove jejunum nutrition tube after breaking wind or defecating,according to doctor’s advice oral administration of Bazhen soup and enteral nutrition to 7 days after surgery.Blood was collected from the patient’s peripheral veins 1 day before surgery,1 day after surgery and 7 days after surgery to evaluate blood(hemoglobin)and liver and kidney function(Albumin,total protein,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,creatinine).The weight was measured on the day of surgery,4 days after surgery and 8 days after surgery.The postoperative first exhaust time,the first defecation time,the postoperative hospital stay,the total postoperative cost,and the weight loss after 3 days(postoperative 4 days morning weight-day weight),7 days after operation Loss of the situation(8 days after the morning weight-body weight),nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,diarrhea and other gastrointestinal reactions were observed,then use the SPSS 19.0 for statistical analysis.Results 1.The experimental group and the control group were compared,there was no significant difference in sex,age,preoperative weight,preoperative hemoglobin,preoperative albumin,preoperative total protein,preoperative alanine aminotransferase,preoperative aspartate amino between two groups(P>0.05).2.There were no significant differences in tumor volume,tumor stage,operation mode,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,intraperitoneal drainage volume and 7 days postoperatively between two groups(P>0.05).3.There was no significant difference in 7 days after the gastrointestinal reaction(nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,diarrhea)between two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of diarrhea in the experimental group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.Compared with the control group,there was significant difference in the hemoglobin index in 7 days after surgery,Albumin and total protein between two groups(P<0.05).5.There was no significant difference in liver and kidney function(alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,creatinine)of patients in 7 days after surgery between two groups(P>0.05).6.The duration of the first anal exhaust,postoperative first anal defecation time,postoperative 7 days weight loss,postoperative hospital stay,total cost of hospitalization was compared between two groups,the experimental group’s postoperative bowel function recovery(postoperative anal exhaust defecation time)was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The weight loss of the experimental group was less than that of the control group at 7 days(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the experimental group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total cost of the experimental group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nutritional status of Postoperative Patients with Gastric Cancer is affected.The application of Bazhen Decoction combined with early enteral nutrition can improve the nutritional status of postoperative patients with gastric cancer,accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function and rehabilitation of patients,shorten the number of hospital stay,reduce the cost of hospitalization,improve the quality of life of patients after surgery.Better use of traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods for postoperative treatment of gastric cancer,in order to promote and provide theoretical basis for the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in patients with gastric cancer. |
