The Effect Of Bazhen Decoction Combined With Enteral Nutrition Emulsion Ruidai On Serum Prealbumin And Immune Indexes In Patients With Severe Ischemic Stroke

Objective: To observe the effect of bazhen decoction combined with enteral nutrition emulsion ruidai on serum prealbumin and immune indexes in patients with severe ischemic stroke,so as to provide a basis for improving the prognosis of patients with severe stroke.Methods: Patients with severe ischemic stroke admitted to the department of encephalopathy,Wuyi Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,Jiangmen city from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected.According to the design of single blind randomized controlled clinical trial,it was divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Control group:conventional treatment with enteral nutrition emulsion ruidai;treatment group: control group on the basis of the addition of eight Jane soup,continued observation for two weeks.Let ' s compare the two sets of data of the two groups of patients before treatment,7days after treatment,14 days after treatment in the morning fasting peripheral venous serum prealbumin,immune indicators(complement C3,complement C4 ? Ig A ? Ig M and Ig G ?CD4+/CD8+)?CRP and changes in the incidence of complications.Objective to investigate the effects of bazhen decoction combined with enteral nutrition emulsion ruidai on serum prealbumin and immune indexes in patients with severe stroke.Results:(1)Within group comparison:Serum levels of prealbumin,complement C3,complement C4,Ig A,Ig M,Ig G and CD4+/CD8+ were significantly increased in both groups 7 days after treatment and 14 days after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);CRP level was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)Comparison between groups:After 7 days of treatment,the serum lev els of prealbumi n,complement C3,comp lement C4,Ig A,Ig M,Ig G and CRP in the treatment group and the control group were significantly different,with statistical significance(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in CD4+/CD8+compared with that before treatment,which was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);(3)Comparison between groups : After 14 days of treatment,compared with the control group,serum prealbumin,complement C3,complement C4,Ig A,Ig M,Ig G,CD4+/CD8+ and CRP levels of the two groups were significantly different,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(4)After treatment,there was a significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion: Bazhen Decoction combined with Enteral nutrition emulsion Ruidai has a significant effect on the improvement of serum prealbumin and immune indexes,the reduction of inflammatory factors and the incidence of complications in patients with severe stroke,and contributes to the prognosis of the patients.
