Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Lung Adenocarcinoma Of Ying-xu-du Yun Type ?b-? EGFR Mutant With Nourishing Yin And Detoxifying Prescription Decoction Combined With Icitinib

Objective To provide a more effective and less untoward effective method for the treatment of lung adenocarcinoma in patients of Ying-xu-du-yun type ?b-? EGFR mutations,it is in the service of the patient's purpose.Methods Two groups of eligible patients were selected.The patients in the control group received chemotherapy from Zhejiang Tumor Hospital treated with Icitinib.The patients in the treatment group were from Zhejiang Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital treated with Nourishing yin and detoxifying prescription joint Icitinib.All patients were observed to the disease progression,because the selected subjects were patients with advanced lung cancer,survival time is limited,no progression of survival is limited,and the progress of patients may be chemotherapy,radiotherapy,other targeted treatment,The two groups of patients in the treatment of 1 month,3 months,6 months after liver and kidney function indicators,blood markers,tumor markers,T cell immune indicators,tumor size,KPS score,TCM score,survival Quality,adverse reactions were compared,and the two groups of patients without disease progression survival time were compared.Results 1.There were no significant differences in age,sex,clinical stage,BMI,pre-treatment KPS score,type of treatment composition(Icotinib first-line treatment/second-line treatment),and there was no significant difference between the two groups.2.In the treatment group,the degree of liver function was significantly lower than that of the control group.In terms of renal function,the two groups did not show significant fluctuations.The effect of leukocytes on the two groups were not obvious;hemoglobin in the treatment of 1 to 3 months are up,and the treatment group plus Yin Chinese medicine after the increase in hemoglobin is more significant;platelets in the treatment of 1 to 3 months is slightly There is a decline,6 months when the recovery,which changes the treatment group smaller.Changes in the concentration of tumor markers in the treatment of 1 to 6 months in both groups were gradually decreased trend,but the treatment group of the downward trend is more significant.T cell immunity in both groups showed a percentage of CD4 + in the treatment of 1 to 3 months have different degrees of rise in the treatment group increased more significantly,at 6 months,the control group decreased,while the treatment group is still rising;CD8 + percentage of the two groups were increased in 1 to 3 months,6 months decreased,suggesting that both groups of patients can improve the immune system,while the treatment group to improve more significant.In the comparison of the maximal diameter of the tumor,the two groups of patients were gradually narrowed in the treatment of 1 to 3 months,the reduction of the treatment group was slightly larger,the two groups were slightly increased in 6 months,the increase in the rate of treatment group slightly smaller,But the amplitude of the two groups was not statistically significant.From the KPS score on the two groups were 1 to 3 months gradually increased,6 months slightly decreased,the treatment group increased more,decreased less,suggesting that the treatment group has a stronger ability to live and work.The scores of the two groups of patients were gradually decreased after 1 to 3 months of treatment.The rate of decline in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group and increased in 6 months.The trend of the patients in the control group was more obvious Some patients in the treatment of less than 6 months the disease has progressed.In the comparison of the quality of life scores before and after treatment for 6 months,many of the items showed a significant increase in the quality of life scores of the two groups after treatment,and the rate of improvement in the treatment group was more pronounced,so the treatment group Can make patients get a relatively better quality of life.Treatment group of patients with adverse reactions were lower than the control group,also shows the traditional Chinese medicine for the protection of the patient's body and the use of security.In the two groups of patients without progression-free survival curve comparison,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.The progression-free survival time of the control group was 9.178 months and the 95%CI was 7.016-1.339 months.The progression-free survival time of the treatment group was 11.618 months and the 95%CI was 9.824-13.413 months.The data were statistically significant(?2 = 4.168,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Nourishing yin and detoxifying prescription combined with Icotinib in the treatment of patients with Ying-xu-,du-yurn type ?b-? EGFR mutation can reduce the incidence of side effects of Icotinib on patients,caused by Icotinib during the course of treatment,increase patient immunity,delay the attenuation of the immune system,so that patients can get a higher quality of life,and even prolong the disease of patients without progression of survival time,it is worth to promote the clinical scope.
