Polycystic ovary syndrome(Polycystic ovary,PCOS)is a common endocrine and metabolic disorder in women of childbearing age(syndrome).In the case of oligo or anovulation,Kaohsiung HA(hyperandrogenemia)and polycystic ovarian changes.Serum anti Mullerian hormone(Anti-Mullerian,homone,AMH)belongs to the transforming growth factor beta superfamily glycoprotein hormone,and follicular growth and development are closely related,Sahmay recommends it as a surrogate marker for the diagnosis of PCOS count the number of follicles,currently the diagnosis value is not unified,further study the correlation with PCOS to be.The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation of serum AMH in the diagnosis of PCOS and the boundary value and confidence interval.Methods: from 2016 to December 2016 during the 01 months in First Hospital Affiliated to Nanhua University Gynecology,reproductive center and Wu vexed outpatient childbearing age(15-39 years old)female 210 cases excluded suffering from other diseases in patients with elevated androgen.According to the Rotterdam standard,130 patients with PCOS were divided into and non PCOS patients.Collect general information(age,menstrual cycle number / year,body mass index,hirsutism and acne scores),antral follicle count,serum free testosterone(free AMH,testosterone,FT),androst-4-ene-3,17-dione in two(androstenedione,AD)value.All patients were in the menstrual cycle on the first 3~5 days(progesterone progesterone withdrawal bleeding for the first 3~5 days)to extract venous blood test laboratory observations.Objective to investigate the correlation of serum AMH in the diagnosis of PCOS,the limit value and the confidence interval,and to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of the values of various circles.Results:(1)The serum levels of AMH,FT and AD in PCOS group were higher than those in non PCOS group(P <0.05)under the curve area >0.05,P< 0.05.(2)Serum AMH was positively correlated with follicle number(r=0.558,P < 0.05),and FT,AD value was positively correlated(r=0.473,P < 0.05)(3)Serum AMH on the confidence interval for the diagnosis of PCOS is(3.17~30.23)ng/ml;AFC?12 with polycystic ovary(polycystic ovaries,PCO),AMH value is 7.3ng/ml,the coincidence rate was 69%;in biochemical HA of FT more than 3.09pg/ml(from the Golden Mile test),the AMH value is 6.295ng/ml,the coincidence rate was 77.6%;in biochemical HA of AD more than 2.2ng/ml(from the Golden Mile test),the AMH value is 7.64ng/ml,the coincidence rate was 60%.(4)With serum AMH bound 7.64ng/ml as PCOS(AFC?12 and FT?3.09pg/ml)diagnosis index,the coincidence rate was 78.1%;with the serum AMH value 7.915ng/ml as PCOS(AFC?12 and AD?2.2ng/ml)diagnosis index,the coincidence rate was 71.4%.Conclusion:(1)Serum AMH was positively correlated with the follicular number,FT and AD.(2)Serum AMH may be used in the diagnosis of PCOS.
