Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Juvenile Pseudomyopia By Massage Manipulation Based On "Spleen And Kidney" Combined With Myopia Therapeutic Apparatus

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of treatment of adolescent pseudomyopia by nourishing kidney and invigorating spleen.Method: February 2016-December 2016 in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,72 cases(144 eyes)of pseudomyopia patients,according to the non random parallel control method is divided into the treatment group and the control group,the control group was given a treatment of myopia therapeutic instrument;the treatment group was given meridian massage manipulation-"invigorating spleen meridian" and "tonifying kidney water" and combined treatment for myopia therapeutic instrument,2 groups were treated for 4 weeks,before and after treatment,visual acuity and refractive examination results of the 2 groups were evaluated.Result:After 4 weeks treatment,the effective rate of the control group was about 72.22%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was up to88.89%.1 months after the follow-up,the effective rate of the treatment group was:80.56%,the effective rate of the control group was up to 62.50%.Treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: From the spleen and kidney treatment massage manipulation combined with myopia therapeutic instrument for the treatment of pseudomyopia curative effect,and patients easy to accept.
