To Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of Scalp Catgut Embedding Treatment For Adolescent Pseudomyopia

Objective Preliminary observe and summary the clinical efficacy of scalp catgut embedding treatment for adolescent pseudomyopia, clarify its treatment advantage, to provide a simple, safe and effective treatment for the disease.Methods we collected 30cases(60eyes) of adolescent pseudomyopia patients among 6-16 years old in acupuncture and ophthalmic clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Zhengjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine during October 2015 to July 2016.Divided the patients into the treatment group and control group.The treatment group were treated by scalp catgut embedding treatment; the control group with atropine eye drops drop eye treatment, course of treatment for a month.Results ?The two groups can significantly improve the distance vision of adolescent pseudomyopia, no significant differenee between the two groups??The treatment of two groups can reduce the dilated eye diopter, but no significant effeet after mydriasis refraction,and did not show significant difference between the two groups.?Two groups of treatment all can improve the patient's symptoms of eye fatigue,and the improvement of treatment group was significantly better than the control group.?Between the total effective of two groups, treatment group was 93%(treat after a month),90% (follow-up of 3 months),the control group was 78%(treat after a month),60% (follow-up of 3 months), indicates that clinical comprehensive evaluation of curative effect in treatment group is superior, and the efficacy was permanent than the control group.?The incidence of adverse reactions to the control group was 20%, disappeared with the cease of treatment. And the treatment group had no obvious adverse reactions, there were significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion The scalp catgut embedding treatment is the treatment of adolescent pseudomyopia effective way to significantly improve the patient's eye indicators and clinical symptoms, with improvement of vision, safety, non-toxic side effects and lasting efficacy worthy of clinical popularization and application.
