Purpose: the objective of the problem is compared with the curative effect between multi-needling and traditional needling method.Carry on analysis judgment preliminary clarify the multi-needle shallow needling method,the mechanism of treatment of d y s m e n o r r h e a for clinical treatment to provide a method.Method:The topic select 66 patients which is coincided with primary dysmenorrhea by randomly dividing into two groups-one experimental,the other control group to carry on clinical experiment.Two groups is treated by acupuncture,but one takes multi-needle shallow needling,the other takes traditional needling every day.Two methods last 30 minutes.It bases on rating scales to estimate through 3 months.Result:Carry spss19.0 to analysis the result.T test were used for statistical analysis.The result is p<0.05.There are significant differences between before and after treatment.The experimental group compared with the control group using the method of nonparametric test data statistical analysis.The result is p>0.05.There are no significant differences between before and after treatment.Conclusion:Two groups through statistical analysis are effective for primary dysmenorrheal.And there are no significant differences between before and after treatment.But through clinical observation,it is easier to accept the experimental patients.And reduce the patients fear and resistance.So that the acupuncture patients become the preferred treatment.Only can it reduce the economic burden,but also is advantage of development of acupuncture.
