The Clinical Study Of Spastic Hemiplegia After Stroke Treated By Multi-needle Shallow Needling

Purpose :Limb spasm after stroke has the characteristics of high incidence rate,high disability rate,high treatment difficulty and so on.This topic is based on this,Comparison of muscle tension before and after treatment in patients with limb spasm after stroke by multi needle shallow needling method and traditional acupuncture method,Observe the curative effect of the two methods.The aim is to explore more effective new therapies for the treatment of the disease.Method:60 cases of limb spasm after stroke were collected.According to the principle of random and control group,the patients were divided into 30 cases in each group.Two groups were treated once a day,acupunctureat for 30 min.20 days for 1 courses of treatment,through the modified Ashwortn spasm evaluation of muscle tension,the use of simplified Fugl-Meyer motor scale assessment of limb motor function,compared to the two groups before and after treatment.Result:1.After two courses of treatment the two groups of patients with limb muscle tension of the efficacy of the treatment group was 83%,the efficiency of the control group was60%,two groups had significant differences(P<0.01).The effective rate of the treatment group was 86%,the control group was 70%,and the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05),which showed that the two treatments could reduce the muscle tension,the treatment group was better than the control group.2.The function of limb movement of the limb spasm:two groups of FMA score were improved after treatment between the two groups of P<0.01,indicating the difference was significant,and the treatment group than the control group.The treatment group of patients with lower limb FMA showed significant improvement in function(P<0.01),two groups of upper and lower limbs FMA improvement had significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:Two treatments can reduce the limb's high muscle tension,can improve the limb FMA score,multiple needle shallow acupuncture treatment of limb spasm after stroke is better than the conventional acupuncture method.
