Xiaoying Powder In The Treatment Of Nonfunctioning Thyroid Benign Nodules Clinical Observation Of Qi Stagnation And Phlegm Stagnation Type

Purpose: The clinical curative effect of nonfunctioning thyroid benign nodules through the observation of Xiaoying powder in the treatment of qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation type,and compared with the control group with simple examination,to evaluate the improvement of external scattered Xiaoying thyroid nodule size and clinical symptoms of tcm?Method: 60 cases of sexual function in patients with benign thyroid nodules,according to random control method were divided into two groups: treatment group of 30 cases treated with Xiaoying powder,with 6 time per week,30 minutes each time;30 cases in the control group,only the simple follow-up.Two groups were observed for a period of 3 months.Before and after treatment,two groups of patients with thyroid nodule size,TCM symptom scores,and statistical analysis.?Result: Comparison of thyroid nodules before and after treatment in two groups: the treatment group was statistically significant difference compared before and after p<0.05,indicating that the treatment group can reduce the size of thyroid nodules;the control group before and after the comparison of p>0.05 difference was not statistically significant,nodule size did not change significantly in control group;there was no significant difference between the groups after treatment p>0.05 differences,indicating that short-term treatment group the effect of reducing the size of thyroid nodules and control group had no significant difference.Comparison of symptom scores before and after treatment in two groups: the treatment group before and after the comparison of p<0.01 results have significant differences,indicating that the treatment group in improving the efficacy of clinical symptoms significantly;compared the difference of p>0.05 group before and after treatment was not statistically significant;after the comparison between the two groups of p<0.01 results had significant difference,illustrate the efficacy of the treatment group is better than the improvement of clinical symptoms the control group?Conclusion: Good effect of Xiaoying powder in the treatment of qi depression and phlegm obstruction type of nonfunctional benign thyroid nodules,thyroid nodules can be reduced;Nonfunctioning thyroid benign nodules with Xiaoying powder can significantlyimprove the qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation type symptoms;Application of removing the entire treatment process of gall powder on thyroid autoimmune antibodies and thyroid function have adverse effects,no liver and kidney function damage,this method of treatment is safe and effective,worthy of clinical application and promotion?...
