Longitudinal Medical Conjoined Operation Status, Problems And Countermeasures

"Conjoined" refers to the regional medical consortium,is in the same area of medical resources together,a medical association usually consists of a region of three hospitals and two hospitals,community hospitals,village hospital.Conjoined construction is an important measure for deepening medical and health system reform,it is beneficial to guide the high-quality medical resources effectively to sink,facilitates the establishment of a reasonable and orderly hierarchical diagnosis and treatment mode,conducive to fundamentally solve the "difficult and expensive" problem.In April 26,2017,the State Council issued the guiding opinions on promoting the construction and development of medical unions,which pointed out the direction for promoting the construction and development of "medical conjoined" in various localities.At this point,the state pointed out the way for the goal of the reform of the medical system,but also for our country to gradually and orderly realization of health justice,the establishment of all the benefits of the national health system,the grand goal of establishing a benchmark.The construction of "medical conjoined" can be divided into longitudinal medical conjoined model and transverse medical conjoined model.This paper takes Suzhou as an example to discuss how to promote the construction and operation of the longitudinal medical conjoined model.This paper traces the tortuous course of CIS mode longitudinal medicine of Suzhou city establishment and development;investigate the development status of CIS mode longitudinal medicine of Suzhou city;analyzes the existing operation mode of Suzhou city in the longitudinal conjoined problems and the reasons;at last puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the construction of combined model of Suzhou longitudinal medicine.The article aims at providing Suzhouexperience for promoting the construction of "medical conjoined" in other places,and also providing some immature suggestions for promoting the construction of Suzhou longitudinal medical conjoined model.
