Objective:To explore the correlation between moyamoya disease, atherosclerotic moyamoya syndrome and biomarkers of renal injury.Methods:90 patients were selected.Among them,45 patients with moyamoya disease(moyamoya disease group)and 45 patients with atherosclerotic moyamoya syndrome(atherosclerotic moyamoya syndrome group)were treated and recruited from January of 2015 to Feburary of 2018 in the first affiliated hospital of GanNan Medical University.45 healthy volunteers were recruited as healthy control(control group). The biomarkers of renal injury were detected and the correlations with the biomarkers levels among groups were analyzed.Results:1.there were no statistically differences between moyamoya disease group and the control group in Cys C,Albuminuria and Glomerular fitration rate levels.2.The CysC levels of atherosclerotic moyamoya syndrome group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Glomerular fitration rate of atherosclerotic moyamoya syndrome group were lower than those of the control group and the Albuminuria of atherosclerotic moyamoya syndrome group were higher than the control group, but their differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Compared with the control group, multivariate logistic regression analysis showed thatthe increasing of serum CysC level was the independent risk factor for atherosclerotic moyamoya syndrome.4.The area under the ROC curve(AUC)of LDL and CysC were all greater than0.5,which was of certain diagnostic value for atherosclerotic moyamoya syndrome. The AUC of CysC was larger than LDL,but there was no significant difference between them(?~2=2.12,P=0.146).Conclude:1.The serum CysC level was correlated with the paroxysm of atherosclerotic moyamoya syndrome.2.The increasing of serum CysC level was a risk factor for atherosclerotic moyamoya syndrome.3.The level of serum LDL and CysC have a certain value in identifying the Moyamoya disease and atherosclerotic moyamoya syndrome.
