Objective:To explore the status of quality of life in patients following lung transplant in China and analyze its influencing factors. Methods:This was a cross-sectional study. From October 2016 to February 2017,the characteristics data, clinical data and quality of life in patients following lung transplant were collected using the general data questionnaire and Chinese SF-36 by convenient sampling.Totally 226 cases of lung transplant recipients were enrolled from the clinics of Wuxi People's Hospital.217 cases were the effective questionnaires in this study. The status of quality of life in lung transplant recipients and its influencing factors were analyzed.Results:1.217 cases in this study. The physical functioning, role physical, body pain, general health, social functioning, roal emotional domains of SF-36 were significantly lower than those in normative population(p<0.01).Compared with the values of domains in 2000,the values of physical functioning, role physical, body pain, vitality, social functioning, physical component summary and mental component summary were exhibited significantly higher(p<0.01).2.Age was correlated to physical(t=-2.056,p=0.041)and mental component health(t=-2.061,p=0.041).Level of education(F=3.385,p=0.036)and caregivers(t=-2.897,p=0.004)were significantly different in physical component summary, while the working state(t=-2.101,p=0.037)and transplant type(F=2.191,p=0.030)were related to mental component summary.3.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed: only the days of gastrointestinal symptoms occurred post-transplant showed a negative correlation with physical component summary(B=-0.146,p=0.037,95%CI=-0.283,-0.009).Conclusion:Quality of life in lung transplant recipients was notable higher than before, but still lower than that in normative population.Medical staff should pay attention to the duration of gastrointestinal complications occurred post-transplant which was the main factors associated with the quality of life in recipients undergoing lung transplant. At the same time, modified intervention should be given according to recipients' age, education level, caregivers and job status to improve their quality of life.
