The Clinical Observation Of Gouqi Fushen Wan On The Treatment Of Chronic Glomerulonephritis-proteinuria

Purpose: Discussion on the effectiveness and safety of gouqi fushen wan during the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis-proteinuria.Method: Randomly divided 180 patients with chronic proteinuria nephropathies into two groups: A Treatment group of 120 and a control group of 60.control group was given Benazepril Hydrochloridec(10 mg,once a day),however,gouqi fushen wan(9g,every 8 hours)was solely used in the treatment group.The whole procedure of treatment lasted for 3 months.Finally observe and analyze the clinical symptoms before and after the therapy between the two groups.The clinical symptoms before and after the therapy were compared and analyzed through medical standards such as 24-hour urine protein quantification,routine blood test,renal function and electrocardiogram change.Result: There were 6 cases dropped out in the treatment group and 4 cases in the control one before the end of the therapy.(1)the effective rate of the treatment group is 82.46% while the control group merely has a effective rate of 57.14%.Statistical significance had been proved according to the results of the statistics(P?0.05).(2)As for the quantitative test of urine protein,a dramatically descend(P?0.05)over the 24-hour urine protein quantification occurs both in the treatment group and control one,but the function of relieving the disease in the treatment one is much more remarkable(P?0.05)with a further decrease.(3)On the aspect of the symptoms of spinal pain,fatigue,edema,anorexia,loose stool and Frequent micturition,the symptoms of chronic glomerulonephritis-proteinuria has been developed in the treatment group(P?0.05),on the contrary,no significant change is discovered among the patients who are in the control group(P?0.05).Therefore,the medical effect of the former is apparently superior to the latter(P?0.05).(4)Not only the side effects but also the fluctuations on the routine blood test,renal function and electrocardiogram are found during the treatment procedure.Conclusion: With the assist of gouqi fushen wan,the symptoms of spinal pain,fatigue,edema,anorexia,loose stool and Frequent micturition have been relieved in patients as well as the quantity of 24-hour urine protein.In that case,gouqi fushen wan that has superior medical impacts to Benazepril Hydrochloridec provides patients with a safer choice,which is worthy of a further clinical use.
