Clinical Observation On Acupuncture Treatment Of Cervical Spondylopathy(Nerve Root Type)

Purpose: This topic is by observing the casing acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis(radiculopathic type)of clinical efficacy,to explore mechanism of acupuncture therapy to observe in modern neural theory under the guidance of acupuncture for treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,and evaluate the clinical application value of the trocar,standard casing acupuncture operation technology,promoting the exploration of muscle stimulation,also provides the reference for the diversified development of acupuncture,at the same time for the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type and treatment methods for reference.Method: Will conform to the diagnostic criteria of 90 subjects,this article USES the random number table were randomly divided into treatment group 45 cases,control group 45 cases.Treatment group: according to the trocar acupuncture method,using the casing needle,3 days of treatment time,treatment 5 times in a row,the treatment time 2 weeks.Control group: take corresponding acupoints using common filiform needle acupuncture,continuous treatment control group treatment 1 times a day for 5 days,2 days interval treatment of 10 times,the treatment time2 weeks.Observation and comparison before and after 2 weeks treatment of symptoms improvement,VAS score,NPQ scale,using medical statistics software,scientific analysis,draw the conclusion.Result: According to the results of the data of clinical observation found that the same time,the casing after the acupuncture treatment of curative effect evaluation,NPQ and VAS score were significantly improved(p < 0.05).The total effectiveness of the treatment group was 95.12% after treatment,85.71% of the control group,the treatment group was effective and the clinical efficacy was accurate.Conclusion: Acupuncture method can effective treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,compared with common filiform needle acupuncture treatment,casing needle through muscle stimulation eliminate the phenomenon of local nerve allergic reaction,achieve the goal of treatment.Implementation muscle stimulation of acupuncture is based on the modern medical theory of a new technology for treating chronic pain syndrome,brought new vigor to acupuncture,for future development laid a solid foundation,casing acupuncture on the treatment cycle time is shorter,the effect is remarkable,in the patients with pain,numbness,and recovery of patients with ease function is better than that of common filiform needle acupuncture,and the operation method is more concise.
