Clinical Research Of Activating Spleen To Eliminate Turbid Therapy In Treatment Of Childhood Simple Obesity(Spleen And Stomach Dampness-heat Type)

Purpose:The main purpose of this project is the treatment of childhood simple obesity(spleen and stomach dampness-heat type)by activating spleen to eliminate turbid therapy,thus explore the mechanism of massage therapy for childhood simple obesity provide reliable clinical and experimental evidence for the treatment of childhood simple obesity(spleen and stomach dampness-heat type),in order to provide new ideas for the research and treatment of the disease.Methods: The 72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group(activating spleen to eliminate turbid therapy group)and the control group(Fang feng tong sheng Pills group),36 cases in each group(n = 36)who come from Jilin Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine.The control group of patients were given Fangfeng tongsheng Pills treatment,treatment for 6 days for 1 course of treatment,a total of 5 courses of treatment,one day off during each treatment period.The treatment group was treated with activating spleen to eliminate turbid therapy,treatment for 6 days for 1 course of treatment,a total of 5 courses of treatment,one day off during each treatment period.The effects were evaluated by body weight,BMI,WHR,TC,TG and LDL-C before and after treatment.The data obtained in the study were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software.Results: Body weight,BMI and WHR before and after treatment in each group comparison,all have statistical significance(P < 0.05).Both groups before and after treatment,TC and TG were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The curative effect of treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion : Activating spleen to eliminate turbid therapy and Fangfeng tongsheng pills in the treatment of childhood simple obesity disorder has obvious clinical efficacy,and activating spleen to eliminate turbid therapy is better.
