Purpose:The purpose of this thesis is to explore the clinical effects of tell-show-do methods in the oral treatment for children with dental fear.Method:Selection on February 1,2016,2016 to October 31 in Jilin University Stomatological Hospital for children with dental clinic filter into the standard with 120 cases,who are divided into control group and observation group(n = 60),in accordance to the random grouping method.The control one shall be coordinated caries filling treatment of routine nursing;the observation group,on the basis of conventional nursing cooperation,are treated with caries filling Tell-Show-Do skill nursing methods.Records of two groups of children with Frankl treatment are from the aspects of adherence score,blood pressure pulse number and CFSS-DS score,and there will be statistical analysis of these data.Result:The observation group compliance rate was 68.33%,and the control group 33.33%,and the differences between them are statistically significant(P<0.05);blood pressure,pulse values of the observation group and control group after treatment are higher than those before the treatment,but the observation group blood pressure,pulse difference,compared with the control group,is smaller.The difference between the two has statistical significance(P<0.05);CFSS-DS rating scores of observation group after treatment is significantly lower than the control group,and the difference between the two there is statistical significance(P<0.05);The differences in the affecting factors and gender have statistical significance(P<0.05),according to the analysis of general data and the CFSS-DS scores,but factors including age,only children,education mode,delivery mode,the mother's education,children's temperament types have no influence,so the differences have no statistical significance(P>0.05);The differences between hard-to-raise type and easy-to-raise type,slow-start type and easy-to-raise type have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The candidate Tell-Show-Do nursing method helps improve the dental clinic compliance of children.(2)The candidate Tell-Show-Do nursing method can effectively alleviate the tension,anxiety,fear of dental children patients.Tell-Show-Do the candidated nursing measures,can effectively alleviate the tension,anxiety,fear of dental patients.(3)The Tell-Show-Do nursing method can reduce the degree of dental fear of children.Therefore,in the treatment of children,implementing Tell-Show-Do method has have positive significance on promoting oral treatment smoothly.
