The Research Of Constitution Identification Of Vertigo (BPPV) Based On The Theory Of Correspondence Between Prescription And Syndrom

Purpose: Through patients(BPPV)with constitution identification,preliminary summary of BPPV patients with constitution characteristics and distribution characteristics,for the clinical selection of medication to provide guidance.Method: The constitution information(including appearance features and common symptoms)of 163 patients with benign paroxysmal paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV)were recorded by cross-sectional study method.The physiologic information table of BPPV patients was designed and recorded in detail.After the acquisition,the database was established by Excel table,and the distribution of vertigo(BPPV)was analyzed by using the frequency statistics and composition statistics.The results of system cluster analysis and factor analysis showed that the distribution of BPPV related physical categories and the types included in the category the appearance features,common symptoms and other information.Result: Analysis of the general data of 163 patients with benign paroxysmal paroxysmal dizziness(BPPV)showed that the incidence of female patients was higher than that of men,compared with 1: 1.72.Age of onset mainly concentrated in the 40-60 years old.The history of previous diseases is mainly cerebrovascular disease(12 cases,18.75%),psychiatric neurological diseases(11 cases,17.19%),endocrine and metabolic diseases(9 cases,14.06%).Prescription frequency to Dachaihu soup,Pinellia Houpu soup and Huangqi Guizhi Wu Wu soup is the most.Cluster analysis show that the patients with BPPV are treated with Pinellia,Bupleurum,Astragalus,Rhubarb and the mixed constitution of Pinellia and Astragalus.Factor analysis to extract nine common factors,according to expert advice to its appropriate merger,divided into Pinellia constitution,Bupleurum constitution,Astragalus constitution,and rhubarb constitution.Conclusion: The physical distribution of BPPV patients is the highest in physical fitness,Pinellia constitution,Rhubarb constitution,Bupleurum constitution,Astragalus constitution and the mixed constitution of Pinellia and Astragalus,accounting for 82.22%,of which Pinellia constitution and the mixed constitution of Pinellia and Astragalus are 33.13%.This suggests that patients with vertigo(BPPV)prescribe with "Pinellia" mainly.
