Filtered eligible patients stratified according to condition (pa/degree), on the basis ofrandomly assigned to treatment group and control group, before treatment on two groups ofclinical therapy for statistical processing, including general information, clinical symptoms, colour to exceed index, blood lipid (TC, TG) and liver function (ALT, AST, GGT), bodymass index (BMI), through statistical analysis all indicate differences, there is no statisticalsignificance (P>0.05), and prove its comparable. Specific drug delivery method is thetreatment group to Lipid-lowering generation tea (contains danshen20g, fresh hawthorn20g, zexie,20g,caojueming20g, wuweizis20g), use boiling water Lipid-loweringgeneration tea. Control group to give water Linjia western medicine, oral three times two days, two groups of clinical trials with3months for a period of treatment. In before and aftertreatment respectively on two groups of clinical symptoms and signs were compared. Alsocharged during treatment in patients with no taking other drugs related to major diseases andpatients make regular diet and exercise plan, charged them strictly, weight control, avoidalcohol and fatigue during treatment, and close monitoring of patients medication complianceand observation and prevention of adverse reactions.Results:After3months of clinical treatment, the treatment group and control group inpatients with clinical symptoms(including side rib discomfort, bloating, fatigue, stay, and darkmoss greasy tongue, pulse string, etc.) to alleviate the situation, liver function index (ALT,AST, GGT), blood fat index (TG, TC), body mass index (BMI) and pa/imaging findings afterstatistical analysis comparison showed significant difference (P<0.05),to prove that thecurative effect of treatment group is higher than the control group.Treatment group total effective rate of nearly90%,8cases cured and markedly effective21cases,7cases effectively, invalid only4cases.Control group total effective rate was77.5%,5cases cured and markedlyeffective in11cases,15cases were valid,invalid9cases, after statistics processing shows thatthere are differences between the two groups of curative effect comparison (P<0.05),thetherapeutic effect evaluation standard of the judgement can be concluded that Lipid-loweringgeneration tea than water Linjia curative effect is more obvious for the treatment ofnonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Conclusion: After the clinical curative effect observation, can be concluded thatLipid-lowering generation tea can restore liver function, blood fat, reduce weight index, improve the colour to exceed, and alleviate the clinical symptoms of nonalcoholic fatty liverdisease, and to promote the constant recovery of the liver, the prognosis is good.
