Investigation On Intention Of Medical College Students

Object: With the continuous development of market economy,the supply side structural reform,the employment situation in China had changed a lot,from all walks of life post setting and demand than before have higher requirements.The employment of medical students,especially junior medical students to the health attention in today's situation,the employment difficulty also will further increase,although the positions of increasing demand,but in the face of high standards for the employment difficulty as can be imagined.This paper studies the medical students' pioneering work,first,through the medical students themselves to guide the formation of entrepreneurial awareness,and solve their own employment problems.Two,through the guidance of entrepreneurship,so that students are more willing to start business,for students to create a new way of employment.Although many families are greatly influenced by the traditional employment concept,all aspects of their own factors are not complete,which makes it difficult for college students to start their own businesses.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study how to cultivate medical students in school.Methods: Based on the study of Baicheng from a medical college freshman and sophomore in clinical medicine,oral medicine,nursing,medical imaging,pharmacy,rehabilitation management,drug management,midwifery and medical beauty technology,dental technology students entrepreneurial intention survey,understand the current medical college students' Entrepreneurship the intention by means of interviews,questionnaires to summarize student entrepreneurial ideas,study how to help the students to solve the problems encountered in the entrepreneurial process,the countermeasures are put forward to encourage students to entrepreneurship.Results: First,the proportion of students in medical college has a higher proportion of entrepreneurial ideas,up to 76.8%.In this way,students in the school recognized thedegree of entrepreneurship is still relatively high.Two,from the gender classification,the entrepreneurial consciousness of male and female students is relatively strong,and boys are slightly higher than girls' entrepreneurial consciousness.The three is the lower educational level of family,entrepreneurial will more strongly.The four is that in the field of choosing a business,boys prefer to start a business in a field they are familiar with,while girls are interested in their own interests.Five,in the government to support entrepreneurship policy,the popularity of schools is still low,the government and schools need to implement and popularize the policy should be more effort.Six is in the venture capital raising and entrepreneurship choice way,male students like to use national policy to start business alone,and female students are more willing to set up team entrepreneurship.Conclusion: At present,the graduation of college graduates in China is becoming more and more diversified,and entrepreneurship is a more challenging choice.In this paper,we choose to study the entrepreneurial intentions of medical students.First,we hope to promote entrepreneurship education reform and improvement through training students' entrepreneurship,so that students can receive more comprehensive entrepreneurship education in the school stage.Two,we hope to promote the development of related supporting services in China's medical and health industry through the entrepreneurship of medical students,so as to bring the role of innovation and entrepreneurship into full play.Although the continuous improvement of entrepreneurial consciousness is inspiring,entrepreneurship is not easy,and only personal experience can deeply understand it.It is a question for every student to think deeply about scientifically and rationally planning their own way of entrepreneurship.
