Study On TCM Syndrome Regularity Of Infantile Air Cough Syndrome Based On Cluster Analysis

Objective: To explore on pediatric airway cough syndrome of TCM syndrome type distribution characteristic,establish the dialectical points,for the clinical syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of pediatric airway cough syndrome.Methods: To collect pediatric airway cough syndrome on clinical cases,according to the patient’s general information and data base collected and set up four diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine,TCM pediatrics expert group discussion to develop a preliminary evidence classification standard and key points of clinical syndrome differentiation, according to this standard will be classified into four diagnostic information each card type, through frequency distribution proportion of each syndrome type; Application of SPSS software for statistical analysis of the four diagnostic information of research on pediatric airway cough syndrome characteristics, and induce airway cough syndrome of TCM syndrome types of reasonable classification,comparing with preliminary evidence type classification,eventually work out a reasonable evidence type classification and diagnostic criteria.Results: 129 cases of children with age minimum of 3 years,the largest is 14 years old,with 96 cases for 3 to 6 years of age,7 to 10 years old 24 cases,9 cases of 11-14 years old. Spring comes on 54 cases,10 cases of the onset of summer,autumn comes on 17 cases,the onset of winter 48 cases. Preliminary card type distribution: the wind made 28 cases lung type,phlegm heat type intrinsic 45 cases,hot and humid type intrinsic 32 cases, 24 cases pulmonary spleen-deficiency type. Wind evil was determined by the clustering analysis, making the lungs,lung spleen deficiency syndrome,hot and humid embodiment syndrome and phlegm heat intrinsic four type of syndrome type and various main points of syndrome differentiation.Conclusion: The cluster analysis it is concluded that the wind made the lung,lung spleen deficiency syndrome,hot and humid embodiment syndrome and phlegm heat holds four syndrome type,broadly in line with clinical syndrome classification.
