Analysis On Limb Movement Detection And Research On Limb Movement Capacity Assessment Methods For The Elderly

Nowadays,as the aging problem is going to exacerbate in society,a scientific and wholesome pension assessment system is necessary to be established.The premise of establishing a pension assessment system is to make an objective assessment for the elderly capacity.Therefore,it is important to detect and analyze the elderly limb movements by using assessment equipment and study on a quantitative assessment method.At this background,the elderly limb movement is detected and analyzed by using Vicon three-dimensional motion capture and gait analysis system.An assessment method of limb movement capability for the elderly is put forward based on AHP-FCM model and a kind of assessment system is developed.First of all,human body movement mechanism is analyzed based on related knowledge of joint kinematics.Some joints and parts which have a greater impact on human are extracted.Then the influencing factors of elderly daily living are analyzed by combined with ICF.Thus,an assessment index system of limb movement capacity suited for the elderly is put forward.Secondly,Vicon system is used to collect and analyze experimental data from the subjects based on the assessment index system.This provides a quantitative standard and a data support for the research of assessment method.Thirdly,the assessment method is researched which is based on the assessment index system and the experimental data.This method combines Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method.It not only analyzes the effect degree of assessment indexes by AHP,but also classifies limb movement capacity of the elderly by FCM and experimental data.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the desired system function,the assessment method is applied to the development of assessment system.Thus,the objective assessment for limb movement capacity is realized.Based on the functional test,the results of system agree with the expected results,so the assessment system can complete comprehensive assessment of limb movement capability for the elderly.
