Research Of Health Service Demand On Patients With Hypertension In Tianjin

Object: We make the comparison and analysis of the fifth health services survey of Tianjin for resident population basic situation,prevalence of chronic diseases,the prevalence of hypertension and different regions and population structure.To understand the hypertension incidence and health service demand of Tianjin residents in recent years,and provide the basis for hypertension prevention and control strategies.Methods: The main research object of this study is the residents of fifth health services survey in Tianjin in 2013.Using multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method and to investigate the family each member in the form of "family members health asked the questionnaire".We take a quality review to ensure the quality of survey after investigation.By using SPSS software,excel and other computer software for data processing analysis.Descriptive analysis was used to basic characteristics and chronic health services demand of samples.Results: Total population of Tianjin fifth health services survey in 2013 are 25288,male 48.9%,female 51.1%.Six urban districts with 65 years of age or older population in the majority,and the binhai area,ring 4 areas,two region and three counties with 55~64 years of age population in the majority.The highest proportion of junior middle school culture level in Tianjin city and other regions.Chronic disease prevalence rate of Tianjin residents aged 15 and above was 45.0%.Hypertension is the major chronic diseases and the prevalence is 24.7%.More than 35 years old crowd incidence of hypertension increased dramatically and the highest prevalence of 65 years of age or older population of all regions.With the higher cultural level,hypertension prevalence rate reduced.62.7% of the patients measure the blood pressure in one week,and 63.3% of the patients blood pressure is normal.Conclusions: The prevalence of hypertension in Tianjin is the highest among chronic diseases,and present the rising trend.Health service demand of patients with high blood pressure is increasing and hypertension prevention and control situation is still serious.The elderly hypertension prevalence rate and low degree of cultural crowd hypertension prevalence especially high,and we should strengthen health education and health management work of hypertension prevention and control to the key crowd.Hypertension is common with the current situation of the "three lows"(low awareness rates,low treatment rates and low control rates),and this will be a key content of hypertension prevention and control work a period in the future.
