| Purpose:To explore the clinical related factors of influence of primary vaginal carcinoma prognosis and traditional Chinese medicine Kang Ai observation of effects on the primary vaginal carcinoma.Material and method:We analyze the clinical related factors of influence of 75 cases of primary vaginal carcinoma prognosis who were treated in department of gynaecology of the tumor hospital of Liaoning Province from January 2006 to February 2014.For example,FIGO stage,the pathologic types,tumor diameter,age,history of with and without hysterectomy,western medicine routine personalized treatment,Whether the application of thymopentin and Chinese medicine Kang Ai adjuvant therapy.We calculate of survival by the Kaplan-Meier method.We checkout the statistical significance by the Log-rank test.Multiple factors analysis using the the COX regression model.Results:Total 3 year survival rate was 64%.Pathological types for patients with squamous cell carcinomas of the 3 year survival rate was highest.FIGO stage is later,the tumor diameter is greater,the 3 years survival rate is lower.The surgical treatment + radiation therapy +chemotherapy with three years of survival rate is the highest.In the FIGO stage,the traditional Chinese medicine Kang Ai adjuvant therapy in patients with 3 year survival rate was no statistical difference.Conclusion:1.Factors affecting the prognosis of primary vaginal carcinoma:FIGO stage,the pathologic types,tumor diameter,western medicine routine personalized treatment.FIGO stage?the pathologic types?tumor diameter is the independent factors.2.Pathological types for the prognosis of patients with squamous cell carcinomas is the best.FIGO stage is sooner,the tumor diameter is smaller,the prognosis of patients is better.3.The surgical treatment + radiation therapy + chemotherapy with the prognosis of patients is the best.4.Traditional Chinese medicine Kang Ai adjuvant therapy had no effect on the prognosis of patients with primary vaginal carcinoma. |
