With the development of life sciences,a large number of disease-related data have been collected,and the disease ontology has unified a variety of different disease databases and has direct or indirect correlation with data of genes,drugs and others.Since the storage file format of the disease ontology is difficult to read and index,and the related database is independent,the relationship is difficult to discover.Therefore,the visualization of the disease ontology is an important work to study the disease data.The focus of this paper is to visualize the data of the ontology of the disease and implement the following methods in the Browser-Server architecture: 1,the use of tree-based on the disease ontology to do the basic text of the index,to meet the user through the tree,The rapid positioning of the disease ontology.2,put the disease ontology mapping to the human physiological location,as the visualization of the disease ontology index,allowing users through the human body pictures,can quickly locate a system or organ disease.3,A configurable display of the content and style of a disease ontology terminology detail.4,the visualization of the topology between the disease ontology and other types of data associated with it,using appropriate layout algorithms and appropriate scale of the subnet to carry out research and implementation.Finally,the system can help users to quickly find disease data through the text and the body’s physical location,understand the details of the disease,find the relationship between data sets.It has a good performance and compatibility,and can achieve good effect.
