| In China,chronic diseases such as gestational diabetes and hypertension seriously affect the quality of life of pregnant women,and a large number of maternal health knowledge and experience cannot be shared and reused by semantic heterogeneity to assist medical staff and pregnant women to do a good job in health care,especially for the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of diseases during pregnancy.Ontologies define a common vocabulary for researchers who need to share information in the domain,solving the problem of heterogeneity of knowledge semantics.However,the construction and presentation of domain ontology relies on the support of visualization tools,while the existing ontology visualization tools establish tight coupling between ontology and view,resulting in poor tool portability and reusability Therefore,constructing domain ontology and decoupling the tight coupling relationship between ontology and view has important practical application value for knowledge organization and presentation in maternal healthCombining the research results at home and abroad,constructing domain ontology with reference to the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Pregnancy to provide new practical programs for the knowledge organization in the field of maternity and health.Based on the basic principles of data visualization,the domain ontology visualization model(Ontology→Structered Ontology→Visual Objects→Views)is defined to decouple ontology-to-view direct mapping and provide a model basis for the presentation of ontology in the maternity health domain,designing a visualization system architecture based on a visual model and realizing the prototype system to verify the rationality of the system architecture and visualization model.The specific work is as follows(1)Construct an ontology of maternal health.In view of the fields of maternal health related to diseases,laboratory science,pharmacy,health care and many other fields,this paper uses seven steps to construct the ontology of maternal health field,and studies the relationship between concepts and concepts in the existing medical ontology.According to clinical practice,combined with the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Pregnancy,the concept of maternal health and the relationship between concepts are extracted,and the domain ontology constructed is correct and has clinical practical significance(2)The Domain Ontology Visualization Model(MOVM)is defined.Combine information visualization reference model and interactive information visualization interface model to define the components of MOVM:structured ontology,visual object and view container,and mapping process:ontology analysis,structured ontology transformation and view rendering,and investigate existing Mature framework technology,proposes the implementation of the mapping process.(3)Design a visualization system architecture.Firstly,select the appropriate overall architecture for the target user characteristics of the system;.Secondly,use case-driven module partitioning to analyze the functional modules of the system.Then,combined with MOVM,the detailed design of each functional module is completed by means of component diagrams,class diagrams and timing diagrams.Finally,the database table design.(4)Implement an ontology visualization prototype system.Based on the system architecture design,the study has constructed the front-end and back-end projects of the prototype system,and implemented the core functional modules of the prototype system,then evaluated the prototype system from the perspective of quality attributes and scenarios. |
