Visualization technology can provide an intuitive way to display the process and results of data analysis.It is also widely used in the medical field and can display complex data.It has always been one of the hot topics of research.Using science and technology to decipher the brain's running code and uncover the mystery of life is one of the most important challenges in the 21 st century science field.Brain fiber is the material basis for the complex structure of the brain and the information exchange of each brain region.MRI can draw water molecules through magnetic field.This non-invasive method can be applied to brain fiber research.The goal of brain fiber visualization technology is to more accurately express the orientation of the monomer fibers and the global fiber distribution,quantify the uncertainty in the fiber bundle formation process,reduce the fiber data and extract the fiber structure features to reduce the vision.Hybridity,increase spatial layering,and provide an auxiliary analysis tool for clinical diagnosis.The main research contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)Modeling,tracking and screening of fiber data by designing a visual analysis process of brain fiber data;using ParaView tools to visually present the results in three dimensions,by setting a color map and opacity and other related parameters,get better drawing results.(2)When analyzing abnormal fiber data,the researchers conducted in-depth research by manually rotating the fiber bundle to find the most suitable angle of view.Due to the complicated structure of the brain fiber,it is difficult to observe on the display plane.This process usually takes a lot of time.time.In order to automatically obtain the most research-oriented perspective,this paper uses the medical attribute data of fiber points as the coloring information to draw the whole fiber,and writes an automated script program to automatically rotate and save the fiber picture under multiple viewing angles,by comparing different perspectives.The difference between the normal and abnormal fiber rendering results,the picture similarity is calculated,and the perspective state with the largest difference is found,so that the abnormal region is quickly located.(3)In order to extract the most valuable fiber information,screen out redundant data,and optimize processing efficiency,this paper reduces the dimension of high-dimensional fiber data,projects it onto a two-dimensional plane,and conducts clustering research on this basis.The purpose of analyzing the structural characteristics of the fiber.After obtaining the clustering results,the paper further abstracts the fiber bundles,and abstracts the multiple fibers classified into the same kind into one fiber,retaining the main spatial information and attribute values,making the fiber structure more intuitive,and according to abstract ideas.Process large amounts of fiber data,mine the information behind the data,and study the differences between normal and abnormal fiber distribution.
