Analysis Of Clinical Diagnosis And Treatment Of Renal Oncocytoma

Objective:To explore the clinical diagnosis of renal acidophil adenoma,auxiliary examination,differential diagnosis,treatment,prognosis and try to summarized and analyzed.Methods: The clinical date from 20 cases of renal oncocytoma that pathologically confirmed from September 2005 to December 2016 were collected and reviewd,including clinical symptoms,signs,complications,imaging findings,surgical methods,postoperative complications,pathological characteristics and prognosis,and to analyze significance whether the application of laparoscopic surgery and partial nephrectomy in the operation time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative hospitalization days.Results: In this study,3 cases with lumbar back pain as the main symptom,17 cases discovered as an incidental mass on physical examination,2 cases suffered from ipsilateral lumbar mild percussion pain,1 cases could touched a mass in abdominal.The above cases were unilateral,1 cases with angiomyolipoma(postoperative pathology),1 cases with polycystic kidney disease,postoperative pathological report of renal oncocytoma with cystic degeneration,6 cases underwent open surgery,14 cases underwent laparoscopic surgery;postoperative follow-up of 2-134 months,3 Cases were lost,follow-up rate was 85%,the median follow-up time was 40.5 months.No recurrence or metastasis was observed.There was no significant difference in the time of operation,intraoperative bleeding and postoperative hospitalization days,and laparoscopic surgery was more effective in open surgery for intraoperative bleeding and postoperative hospital days(P <0.05).Conclusion: Renal oncocytoma is a benign manifestation of the tumor,but the clinical still lack of specific differences with other tumors of the performance.It is difficult to distinguish renal oncocytoma between renal carcinoma such as renal clear cells Cancer,chromophobe cell carcinoma and other phase identification depend on clinical manifestations and imaging.Meanwhile,renal oncocytoma can coexist malignant components,it should be active treatment of renal tumor patients,and as much as possible to retain the nephron,and whether to choose the endoscopic surgery according to the specific circumstances,It is necessary to follow up for a long time after the operation that the pathological changes of renal tumors with malignant potential.
