Study On The Evaluation Of The Implementation Effect Of Village Doctors' Standardized Training Policy In Fujian

Objective This study based on the situation of Fujian Province,to evaluate the training of rural doctors in Fujian Province,the implementation of the policy in place of work,the use of funds,to evaluate the training effect,summed up in the training of outstanding experience and shortcomings,find out the factors influencing the training of rural doctors,put forward feasible suggestions,provide scientific basis for to further implement the training work of rural doctors.Methods According to the survey data,using the method of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,using descriptive statistical method to calculate and analysis of basic situation of rural doctors training,training and training ability of satisfaction were analyzed,and the influencing factors of using multiple linear regression method to analysis the effect of the training.Result At present,Fujian province rural medicine standardized training policy implementation achievements mainly include: strict implementation of training policy,training organization reasonable distribution process to regulate the use of training funds;teacher training qualification training is superior,rich and varied forms,strict examination management training;training of rural doctors training qualified success rate is high,high rate of rural doctors generally recognized the training work.The policy implementation of the main problems are: the overall training target is unknown,the training organization communication obstacles,lack of support and funding for training;training of teachers is not steady,the syllabus is not appropriate,the training process management exist some gaps;rural doctors lack of serious aging,training students' self cognition,the lack of overall quality of training.Conclusion Comprehensive evaluation of the development of rural doctors team and the effectiveness of training in Fujian province shows that the effectiveness of training is gradually highlighted,the training framework is properly arranged,and the training work is seriously planned and carried out.But to study the implementation ofthe training policy,some problems are highlighted and solved urgently.Suggestions on perfecting the policy thinking of Fujian province rural doctors standardized training,planning and training target,strengthen cooperation in the construction sector,strengthen the rational design of materials,continue to strengthen the training work,promote the upgrading of rural doctors team,improve the overall quality of training,promote the building of rural doctors,to further consolidate the three tier rural health service "Network " role.
