An abstract of a dissertation is a summary and extraction of research work andObjective: To research the positive personal traits and group differences of lymphoma patients,and to explore the influencing factors of positive personal traits of lymphoma patients.Given psychological intervention program priority to with hypnotherapy,and examine the effectiveness of hypnotherapy on positive personal traits and immunologic function.Methods: This research contains two parts.Part 1: A total of 145 lymphoma patients were investigated with self demographic questionnaire,HHI,GWB,PHQ-9,GAD-7,TCSQ,SAD,PSQI,in order to analysis the factors of lymphoma patients' positive personal traits.Part 2: 60 lymphoma patients met the study requirements were divided into two groups adopting the principle of open random grouping.30 patients were regarded as the experimental group excepting psychological intervention program and another 30 patients were selected as control group.Any else conduction were given to both soups equally.Then explore the effectiveness of hypnotherapy on positive personal traits,negative emotion,behavior,sleep quality and immunologic function.Results:1.Evaluations of Investigation were as follows:(1)The dimension of lymphoma patients' positive personal traits had significant difference in different socio-demographic characteristics and disease-related characteristics,such as gender,age,degree of education,health care costs,the degree of family support,course and stages.(2)Depression and anxiety was significantly negatively related of positive personal traits.Negative coping was significantly negatively related of lymphoma patients' positive personal traits,positive coping was significantly positively related of lymphoma patients' positive personal traits.Social avoidance and distress was significantly negatively related of positive personal traits.The sleep quality of each factor score was significantly negatively related of positive personal traits.(3)According to the regression analysis,the main factors affecting the lymphoma patients' hope were positive coping,social avoidance and distress,subjective sleep quality,sleep latency,age,habitual sleep efficiency.The main factors affecting the lymphoma patients' well-being were subjective sleep quality,negative coping,social avoidance,use of sleep medication,installment,social anxiety,sleep continuity.2.Results of the experimental study of the psychological intervention:Comparison,through measured before and after the intervention,lymphoma patients' positive personal traits,negative emotions,coping styles,social contact,sleep quality were significantly improved,most immune cells in the immune function levels were flat in the chemotherapy.Conclusion: lymphoma patients' positive personal traits is affected by psychological factors,sleep quality,disease-related,less affected by demographic characteristics.Psychological intervention program priority to with hypnotherapy can effectively improve the quality of lymphoma patients' positive personal traits,negative emotions,coping styles,social contact,sleep quality,and had better protection.to immunologic function in patients with chemotherapy.
