Objective:1.To explore the effect of positive intervention on mental health and neurological function to patients with stroke.2.To make summary of the specific methods of positive intervention systematically and provide an effective nursing program for the rehabilitation of neurological function and the improvement of mental status in stroke patients,in order to improve their life quality.Methods:In this study,170 patients were admitted to the department of encephalopathy in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in a district of Jinan City from June to December 2018,who were diagnosed with cerebral apoplexy,were selected as subjects.Those were divided into observation group and control group randomly,the control group received conventional psychological nursing and health education,as well as,the observation group was given a positive psychological intervention program outside the basis of the control group.After 8 weeks,those two groups were evaluated for their rational state,neurological function and daily life ability.General information of patients was collected through questionnaire survey and case review.The Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)subtraction rate,China Stroke scale(CSS)subtraction and Activities Of Daily Living(ADL)scale were used to evaluate the psychological state,neurological function and daily living ability of patients before and after intervention respectively.The mental status and neurological function before and after the intervention were evaluated separately and make independent sample test and paired sample test to discuss effect of positive psychological intervention.Results:1.In this study,170 cases were distributed and 160 cases were recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 94%.The observation group and control group were 80 cases respectively.2.Before intervention,the HAMD score of the observation group was(24.26±7.27),and the control group was(24.59±6.31);The CSS score of the observation group was(21.98±5.73),the control group was(23.11±5.45);The ADL score of the observation group was(47.63±19.71),as well as the control group was(47.75±17.17).There was no statistical difference(P>0.05).3.To compare Mental status,By HAMD subtraction rate to access the mental status changes of two groups,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 87.5%,which was better than that of the control group 76.3%,there is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).It showed that positive intervention can improve the mental status of patients with stroke.4.To comapre neurologic function,this research study the improvements of neurological function with CSS subtraction,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 88.7%,which was better than that of the control group75.0%,there has significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).It proved that positive intervention can improve neurological function obviously.5.To compare daily living ability,this research study the daily living function amelioration with ADL tablet.After treatment,experimental group's score is(69.2518.40)while control group is(63.19±18.18).By comparison of daily living improvements of two groups,there is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).It manifested that positive intervention can elevate daily living ability of post-stroke patients effectively.Conclusions:The positive psychological intervention can obviously improve the mental status of post-stroke patients,and can greatly improve neurological function.In conclusion,positive psychological intervention is an effective program in nursing.
