Objective:The incidence of pancreatic disease and the number of sick people are increasing year by year,which are serious threat to public health.Mining and the analysis its drug patent information,we can understand the R & D dynamics and grasp the international competitive situation,and provide important reference for the drug development and patent distribution in China.Method:This article mainly used the patent analysis method and combined with pharmacy expertise,pancreatic disease drug patent application at home and abroad a systematic analysis of the situation.Patent analysis including qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.The quantitative research including patent application,application area,apply technical fields,apply subject area,applicant,inventor and the qualitative research including legal status.Result:1.International drug research and development in this field is in a steady decline period.Chemical,pharmacology and pharmacy;engineering;computer science and other disciplines are mutually integrated.The United States,Japan,China and most of the European countries are the main application area.Generic anti-inflammatory drugs and cancer treatment is the main technical areas.As the technology leaders,MERCK & CO INC,TAKEDA CO and BOEHRINGER INGELHEIM INT GMBH have a large number ofpatents.In the recent years,the number of applications and R&D strength are gradually increased.MERCK & CO INC,NOVARTIS AG,JOHNSON & JOHNSON and PFIZER INC have a strong cooperation ability.2.Domestic drug research and development in this field is in the rapid growth period,the market is huge.The number of patents that are in the legal state of substance examination accounted for 1/3,new technologies have great potential for development.Shandong Province,Jiangsu Province,Shanghai City are the main application fields.The research and development on traditional Chinese herbal medicine is the important technical areas.Guangdong East Sunshine Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd.,Nanjing University,the Chinese People's Liberation Army Second Military Medical University and other universities master a large number of patented technology.Wu Junhua,Zhang Yingjun team,and Bian Yongxing are the core inventor in this field.Conclusion:1.The number of international patent applications is stable and the number of domestic patent applications is increasing.At this present stage,the relevant pharmaceutical companies and R & D institutions should focus on the accumulation and accumulation of knowledge,enhance their own scientific research,make full use of existing knowledge,master the core technology,find potential partners and capture the market.2.Education level and economic strength affect the patent application,for the high output areas of scientific research,we should encourage the region's pharmaceutical companies,scientific research units to go out and look for cooperation with the United States,Japan and other countries opportunities actively,learn from each other;which can make the technology improve the level of treatment of patients with pancreatic disease earlier.3.General anti-inflammatory drugs,general cancer treatment and the development and utilization of traditional herbs are the main technical direction,which play important supporting roles in the development of pancreatic disease drugs,we should focus on thedevelopment of new technologies,occupy the market,enhance their competitiveness and influence.4.Pharmaceutical companies and institutions of higher learning are the main applicants,and they should promote cooperation,broaden the research field,deepen the depth of research,optimize the patent layout,improve the overall level of patents,and get win-win situation;during the process of continuous introduction and digestion,we should also pay attention to the protection of China's independent intellectual property rights.
