T.mentagrophytes To Three Topical Antifungal Drug Sensitivity Study

Objective:This study on three kinds of topical antifungal drugs(2% ketoconazole cream,butenafine hydrochloride cream,triamcinlone acetonide and econazoie nitrate cream)the comparison of in vitro antifungal activity and drug sensitivity,provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods:The agar diffusion method was used to judge drug sensitivity.Select 15 strains of clinical isolates t.mentagrophytes 1 strain and standard strain,punching AGAR plate containing bacteria,respectively,to join the three drugs,drug cultivation,7 days to determine the bacteriostatic circle diameter.Results:Three kinds of drugs is the formation of bacteriostatic ring for t.mentagrophytes.2 % ketoconazole cream bacteriostatic circle diameter of 15.94 mm on average,butenafine hydrochloride cream round cloth paste the average diameter of 68.39 mm.triamcinlone acetonide and econazoie nitrate cream average bacteriostatic circle diameter of 62.32 mm.Any bacteriostatic annulus compared two groups of drug,the difference statistically significant(P < 0.001).Compared with the standard strains,2% ketoconazole cream and butenafine hydrochloride cream group significant difference(P<0.001).Conclusion:The antifungal activity of t.mentagrophytes,cloth butenafine hydrochloride cream is better than that of triamcinlone acetonide and econazoie nitrate cream,triamcinlone acetonide and econazoie nitrate cream is better than that of 2% ketoconazole cream compared with the corresponding standard bacteria,2% ketoconazole cream and butenafine hydrochloride cream was statistically significant,does not exclude the resistance.
