Objeetive: Coronary heart disease(Coronary heart disease,CHD)is the occurrence of a combination of genetic and environmental factors on the previous results,we have the traditional risk factors for coronary heart disease caused by multiple studies,but little research on the genetic gene,and the coronary heart disease research has focused on the genetic level,and apolipoprotein E(Apolipoprotein,ApoE)is one of the hot spots.Therefore,the research of ApoE gene in patients with coronary heart disease,the relationship with related indicators to study plasma lipoprotein and coronary heart disease,and clinical guidance for clinical coronary heart disease,risk,early diagnosis,severity of disease diagnosis and prognosis to provide a clinical reference value.Methods and Results: Select the 2017.1.1-2017-4.1 of Shanxi province in the period of the second hospital of Shanxi Medical University 60 inpatients in the Department of Cardiology and by coronary angiography(CAG)for the diagnosis of CHD,excluding serious liver and kidney disease,thyroid disease,tumor disease,selected healthy center CHD 20 control group.All subjects were collected venous blood 2ml reserve,using ApoE gene Kit(Zhuhai saile odd biotechnologies)persons were determined ApoE genotype,while the subjects were measured the serum triglyceride(triglyceride,TG),total cholesterol(total,cholesterol,TC),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(High density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDLC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(Low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDLC)concentration of lipoprotein(Lipoprotein,alpha alpha,alpha Lp-),apolipoprotein A1(apolipoprotein A1),apolipoprotein B100(Apolipoprotein B100),apolipoprotein E(Apolipoprotein E)blood pressure(blood,pressure,BP),serum glucose(Serum glucose),height and weight.The first patient population sociology,history of lifestyle and biological factors were collected,may lead to the risk factors of CHD were analyzed by single factor analysis,Pearson correlation analysis of CHD and ApoE gene polymorphism.The coronary heart disease group ApoE2/ 2,ApoE2/ 3 and ApoE2/ 4 genotype than in the control group(P <0.05),ApoE3/ 3 had no significant difference(P>0.05),ApoE3/ 4,ApoE4/ 4 higher than that of the control group(P <0.05),2 allele frequency is lower than the control group(P <0.05),3 allele frequency and control there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05),4 allele frequency was higher than the control group(P <0.05);ApoE2/ 2,ApoE2/ 3,ApoE2/ 4,ApoE3/ 3,ApoE3/ 4,ApoE4/ 4 cases were 0,0,1,34,22,3 cases.The level of HDL in CHD group was lower than that in control group(P <0.05),and the levels of LDL,TC and TG were higher than those of control group(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in ApoE,Apo A1 and Apo B100 between the two groups(P>0.05).Research conclusion: Coronary heart disease group and the control group of APOE genotype and allele frequency distribution were E3/3 and 3 allele is highest;LDL,TC,CHD group TG was higher than the control group,and serum HDL was lower than the control group;The allele frequencies of the 4 alleles in CHD group were significantly higher than those in control group,the risk of 4 allele with the occurrence of coronary heart disease increased.
