| Objective: To investigate the relationship between CHADS2 and CHA2DS2-VASc scores with the presence and severity of coronary artery disease(CAD),and explore the risk factors in patients of coronary artery disease(CAD).Methods: A total of 712 consecutively patients underwent coronary angiography were selected according to inclusion criteria. All patients divided into two groups.CAD group,n = 426,and Control group,n =286.Data were recorded in the sample population, and the correlation between CHADS2 and CHA2DS2-VASc score and coronary heart disease incidence and severity of coronary artery disease was analyzed, and the risk factors of coronary heart disease were analyzed. Results: As the CHADS2 and CHA2DS2-VASc scores increased, the presence of CAD also increased(P < 0.001).The severity of CAD was correlated with CHADS2 score(Spearman coefficient 0.251,P < 0.001)and CHA2DS2-VASc score(Spearman coefficient 0.330,P < 0.001).The CHADS2 score [ AUC =0.788(0.755-0.821),P < 0.001 ] was a better predictor of the presence of CAD than the CHA2DS2-VASc score[ AUC =0.764(0.730-0.799),P < 0.001 ] on area under the curve analysis.Multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis sho wed that the CHADS2 score, diabetes, hypertension, smoking, congestive heart failure, vascular disease, previous TIA/infarction,uric acid, glyc osylated hemoglobin,IMT are risk factors for CAD(OR=2.777,2.229,1.810,2.20,8.119,23.927,2.121,1.002,1.575,1.832;95%CI =2.015-3.828,1.481-3.356,1.256-2.607,1.341-3.610,4.987-13.216,3.204-178.701,1.418-3.173,1.00-1.004,1.280-1.937,1.594-2.104).The high density lipoprotein(OR=0.362,95%CI:0.204-0.643)is protection fact or for CAD..Conclusion: CHADS2 and CHA2DS2-VASc scores were measurement tools that stratify thromboembolic risk in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation and were predictive of the presense and severity of CAD in patients. |
