Objective1.To summarize the clinical features of nonvalvular atrial fibrillation patients with acute ischemic stroke.2.Compare the application between CHADS2 score and CHA2DS2-VASc score. Methods Use the method of retrospective analysis, collect the clinical data of 176 patients of nonvalvular atrial fibrillation patients with acute ischemic stroke hospitalized in General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from January 2012 to September 2014.1.To analysis the general clinical data, including gender, age, personal history, previous medical history, auxiliary examination, and the treatment of antithrombotic drugs.2.CHADS2 score(range0-6)and CHA2DS2-VASc score(range0-9)before acute ischemic stroke was calculated. For both schemes, patients were also classified with scores of 0-1 and? 2 in low-risk,intermediated-risk and high-risk categories respectively, compared the difference, the two risk stratification schemes were evaluated by each category, the difference of the risk stratification and the accuracy of the prediction.3.To make statistical analysis of the use of antithrombotic drugs in each category.Results1.The Prevalence rate of nonvalvular atrial fibrillation patients with acute ischemic stroke of males was significantly higher than females, male: female =1.4:1.2.The average score of CHA2DS2-VASc score was significantly higher than that of CHADS2.There was a notable difference in the risk stratification of the two assessment scales, and the difference among the groups was also obvious.3.The proportion of standardized antithrombotic therapy in patients was significantly lower than that of the guidelines. Conclusions Patients with high risk of stroke were more easily selected by using the CHADS2 score which is relatively simple and easily to master,so as to improve the rate of anticoagulation in our country, and reduce the risk of stroke.
