OBJECTIVE: In recent years,the meothd of using liquid culture to detect mycoplasma from genitourinary tract has been the main way in clinical medicine;This study aims to through the liquid-solid culture combined with PCR method to evaluate the main way,discussing its advantages and disadvantages,and providing a more accurate and reliable experimental data and methods for clinical diagnosis.METHODS:Combination of liquid culture,solid culture and PCR to detect these specimens which are identified to be the mycoplasma.RESULTS:There are only 23 strains culture have been confirmd mycoplasma infection in the 61 strains which were identified to be the mycoplasma from clinical trial.CONCLUSION:Detection of mycoplasma can not been lean on the liquid culture,.it shuld be combine the solid culture and the PCR.
