Research Of Service Design About College Students Infusion Referral

In China,Service design has just started,but with the change of the times and the economic form,the service industry in China is rising rapidly,the market demand is great,service design has begun to be taken seriously.In the branch of public services,health and social services are one of the most important aspects we need to pay attention to.As a public medical service agencies,university hospital is a kind of Chinese characteristics of the medical institutions,although the school hospital bear the basic medical functions within the university,but in the current "hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,two-way referral" medical reform system under the background of its Development and service level is not well able to meet the needs of college students groups.The utilization rate of the medical service is low,and the service of the hospital and the service experience of the referral hospital is not continuous,and the pain points of the patients in the referral service need to be improved with the help of the service design method.Based on the concept of service design,the purpose of this project is to transfer the referral process of the university campus of Guangdong University of Technology city to the infusion referral process of the University Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine hospital.In the literature review part,it firstly analyzes the basic public services and public medical service to the medical service in the second level discipline,in the literature review on the basic public health services,reviewing the research status of medical treatment process optimization and outpatient transfusion service,college students need transfusion referral service to verify the optimization design from the side,and the contents of this paper are defined,and then expounds the basic concepts and research status of service system of service design.For the case study,the research methods,principles and methods are provided.In practice research part,the first field pre-research on the university hospital and referral hospital,second-field research is for college students in the first Clinic Hospital infusion process for medical treatment and referral to the designated starting point of hospital scene shadow easy-going interviews,and by drawing the user story map and service blueprint the pain point of practical experience,through demand clustering and demand level classification,and then use the service both sides expect the map analysis,the clustering needs are prioritized,so that one can improve the campus students to design opportunities in the process of transfusion diagnostic points,according to the needs of patients for product function definition and target process the analysis,and put forward the design scheme.Students of the medical services are different from other groups of medical services,medical treatment to optimize the current experience in public hospitals or hospital outpatient clinics,there are few students from the perspective of the university hospital diagnosed as a starting point of referral to other public hospitals as a starting point for optimization.I hope this issue was studied by the idea of service design of city college students infusion university hospital referral service process,so as to make up for the domestic research university medical referral service to the vacancy,and the benefit of improving college students' infusion referral medical experience,based on the balance of all stakeholders on the proposed feasible solutions.
