The Clinical Evaluation Of Efficacy Of Hui Medicine Branded Moxibustion On Ischemic Stroke

Objective Study on the evaluation of clinical curative effect of branded moxibustion of The Hui Medicine Bbranded Moxibustion on the functional recovery of branded medicine to ischemic stroke.Method according to randomized,single blind,controlled clinical research methods,choice that is consistent with the diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine diagnosis into 195 criteria of ischemic stroke patients as subjects,divided for three groups,according to the ratio of 1:1:1 assigned to the corresponding treatment group,treatment group 1(needle cautery moxibustion group),treatment group 2(DU cautery moxibustion group)and the routine acupuncture group(control group)(n = 65 cases in each group,before treatment,after treatment and 12 weeks after the NIHSS and ADL score,FMA equivalent score table to evaluate the efficacy of three groups.The experimental period was 12 weeks,of which 4 weeks of clinical treatment,routine acupuncture treatment for 5 times a week for times,rest 2 days,the burning of moxibustion every week,once a week,12 weeks after the first follow-up.Result 1.Evaluation of overall curative effect: Full analysis set(FAS analysis): after 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group 1 was 89.23%,2 in the treatment group was 61.54%,66.15% in the control group.After 12 weeks,the total effective rate of treatment group 1 was 89.23%,2 in treatment group was 64.62%,and 66.15% in the control group.The overall efficacy evaluation of the three groups was significant(P < 0.05);Pre-protocol(PP analysis): after 4 weeks treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group 1 was 90.77%,2 in the treatment group was 63.08%,67.69% in the control group.At 12 weeks follow-up,the total effective rate was 90.77% in the treatment group and 2 in the treatment groupwas 66.15% and 67.69% in the control group.The overall efficacy evaluation of the three groups was significant(P < 0.05).2.The score of the index: after four weeks of treatment group: three NIHSS score,ADL score,FMA scores before and after treatment were compared with significant difference(P < 0.01,P < 0.01,P < 0.01 respectively);group: treatment NIHSS score,DL score,FMA score 1 group than those in the treatment group 2 and the control group improved more obviously,the three groups after treatment to improve value has a significant difference(P < 0.05).At 12 weeks follow-up,FAS analysis of the three groups of NIHSS score does not have significant difference,PP analysis of the three groups of NIHSS score with significant difference;ADL score,FMA score with significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion 1.The hui medicine branded moxibustion in the treatment of ischemic stroke in overall efficacy evaluation,branded medicine moxibustion combined with routine acupuncture on the recovery of function of ischemic stroke clinical curative effect is better than that of simple back medicine cautery moxibustion therapy and conventional acupuncture treatment.2.The hui medicine branded moxibustion combined with routine acupuncture treatment of ischemic stroke in the improvement of neurological function,the restoration of activity of daily living(ADL),the recovery of motor function of the limbs is superior to that of simple cautery moxibustion and conventional acupuncture.
