Clinical Observation Of Ischemic Stroke "it's Tee Law" Treatment

[Objectives]It was a trial of "He’s acupuncture-moxibustion three removing obstruction methods" targeted to observe the ability of daily life in patients with ischemic stroke, the influence of the quality of life and neurologic function impairment, trying to find a better solution for the treatment of ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients.[Methods]66neurology patients with acute ischemic stroke as the research object, according to the time when the patients were selected into groups were randomly divided into two groups, acupuncture group and the control group. For5patients suspended the treatment,there were30cases in acupuncture group and31cases in control group. Acupuncture group on the basis of routine therapy uses "He’s acupuncture-moxibustion three removing obstruction methods" solution treatments; The control group only accepted routine treatment. Treatment for12weeks. Compare two groups of patients daily life ability before and after the treatment Barthel Index (BI), Stroke-specific Quality of life(SS-QOL) and the NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), three aspects of the change. Apart from the above scale have cases information questionnaire to collect the patient’s general condition. All the datas and information were analyzed by the SPSS16.0.[Results]1、In terms of activities of daily life ability, acupuncture group and the control group before and after treatment compared with BI score, there are obvious difference (P<0.01), indicating that both treatments have curative effect. The difference of two BI scores before and after12weeks of treatment in acupuncture group, comparing with the difference of two BI scores in the corresponding time points in control group, had significant difference (P<0.01), suggesting that the curative effect of acupuncture group is better than the control group.2、In terms of improving the quality of life rating scale, acupuncture group and the control group before and after treatment compared with SS-QOL score, there are obvious difference (P<0.01), indicating that both treatments have curative effect. The difference of two SS-QOL scores before and after12weeks of treatment in acupuncture group, comparing with the difference of two SS-QOL scores in the corresponding time points in control group, had significant difference (P<0.01), suggesting that the curative effect of acupuncture group is better than the control group.3、In terms of neural functional recovery, acupuncture group and the control group before and after treatment compared with NIHSS score, there are obvious difference (P<0.01), indicating that both treatments have curative effect. The difference of two NIHSS scores before and after12weeks of treatment in acupuncture group, comparing with the difference of two NIHSS scores in the corresponding time points in control group, had no significant difference (P>0.05), suggesting that the curative effect of two groups cannot be considered different.[Conclusions]1、Two kinds of therapies to improve daily life ability of ischemic strok patients、to improve the quality of life of patients with ischemic stroke and to reduce the nerve function defect of ischemic stroke patients,all have better clinical curative effect.2、In improving daily life ability of ischemic strok patients and improving the quality of life of patients with ischemic stroke two aspects,the curative effect of acupuncture group is better than the control group.
