Study Of Correlation Between Essential Hypertension And Serum Uric Acid

Objective To investigate the level of serum uric acid and the prevalence of hyperuricemia in patients with primary hypertension,and to explore the correlation between serum uric acid level and blood pressure classification and risk stratification in patients with primary hypertension,hoping to be helpful to the early prevention and treatment of primary hypertension,the evaluation of the disease,the prognosis and treatment of primary hypertension,as well as to provide a reference for the follow-up of uric acid and primary hypertension in-depth study.Methods According to the strict inclusion criteria,enrolling 138 cases of hypertensive patients as observed objects in the second affiliated hospital of Xi'an Medical College between January 2016 to December 2016,including 59 males and 79 females.According to the the levels of blood pressure are divided into grade 1 hypertensive group(n = 69),grade 2 hypertensive group(n = 37)and grade 3 hypertensive group(n = 32).According to the risk stratification,39 cases are divided into low risk group,33 cases in middle risk group,32 cases in high risk group and 34 cases in much high position group.A total of 61 healthy subjects as control group with physical examination are selected,including 24 males and 37 females.Measuring the levels of serum uric acid and the prevalence of hyperuricemia respectively,Analyze whether the serum uric acid levels and primary hypertension has a certain relevance.Results 1?The level of uric acid in the hypertensive group is 317.41 ± 106.91 umol / L,which is higher than that in the control group of 73.64 ± 62.69 umol / L,P <0.05.The prevalence of hyperuricemia in the hypertensive group is 18.1%,which is higher than that in the control group of 3.3%,P <0.05.The level of uric acid in male patients is 363.12 ± 113.28 umol / L,and in female patients is 284.01 ± 88.84 umol / L,which is respectively higher than in the control group of male patients,s 24.9.04 ± 73.96 umol / L and female patients,s 207.16 ± 48.44 umol / L,P <0.05.whatever in hypertensive group and control group,the levels of serum uric acid in males are higher than in females(P <0.05).2?The level of uric acid in the grade 3 hypertensive group is 424.22 ± 94.24 umol / L,the prevalence of hyperuricemia is 34.4%,the level of uric acid in the grade 2 hypertensive group is 332.84 ± 76.53 umol / L,the prevalence of hyperuricemia is 21.6%,the level of uric acid in the grade 2 hypertensive group is 259.59±83.59 umol/ L,the prevalence of hyperuricemia is 8.7%.The level of uric acid and the prevalence of hyperuricemia are significantly different between the three groups(P <0.05).3?The level of uric acid in the much high-risk group is 423.85 ± 82.48 umol / L,the prevalence of hyperuricemia is 32.4%,the level of uric acid in the high-risk group is 360.91 ± 75.71 umol / L,the prevalence of hyperuricemia is 21.8%,the level of uric acid in the middle-risk group is 288.58 ± 61.56 umol / L,the prevalence of hyperuricemia is 12.1%,the level of uric acid in low-risk group is 213.31 ± 62.10 umol / L,the prevalence of hyperlipidemia is 7.7%.The level of uric acid and the prevalence of hyperuricemia are significantly different between the four groups(P <0.05).Conclusions 1?The level of serum uric acid and the prevalence of hyperuricemia in essential hypertension are significantly higher than those in control group,and male,s uric acid levels are significantly higher than female,s.2?In patients with essential hypertension,the classification of blood pressure is more higher,the level of serum uric acid and the prevalence of hyperuricemia are more higher.on the contrary,it's the same.3?In patients with essential hypertension,the risk stratification of blood pressure is more higher,the level of serum uric acid and the prevalence of hyperuricemia are more higher.on the contrary,it's the same.4?The elevated serum uric acid level is closely related with essential hypertension,it may be one of the risk factors of essential hypertension,which involved in the hypertension of its pathogenesis,process and prognosis.there is important application value in clinical testing serum uric acid.It can rovide an important reference for early prevention and treatment of disease,the evaluation of the disease,the prognosis and treatment of disease.
