Expression Of CXCL12 And Wnt2b In Cholangiocarcinoma And Their Clinical Significance

Objective: To study the differential expression of CXCL12 and Wnt2 b in cholangiocarcinoma and other biliary systemic disease and their clinical significance,and explore the relevance between the pathological factors of cholangiocarcinoma and their expression.Methods:This study used immunohistochemical staining to detect the expressions of CXCL12 and Wnt2 b in the tissue of cholangiocarcinoma and other biliary systemic disease,explored the relevance between the expression of CXCL12 and Wnt2 b and the pathological factors of cholangiocacinoma,such as gender,age,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage.Include and exclude:exclude the medical history of other malignancy,have no physical or chemical therapy history.The case group and control group weren't received preoperative therapy,such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy.Statistical methods:using the software statistics to analyze the expression and the pathological factors.The measurement data and numeration data were statistically analyzed with Chi-square test respectively.The correlation of data was analyzed by Pearson product moment coefficient.If P<0.05,it has statistical significance.Results:(1).The expression of CXCL12 and Wnt2 b in cholangiocarcinoma tissue(89.2%)was higher than in other biliary systemic disease tissue(23.3%)(P<0.05);(2).There wasn't correction between the expression of CXCL12 and clinical pathological factors(P>0.05);(3).There were some corrections between the expression of Wnt2 b and the pathological factors,such as histological type,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P<0.05).(4).There were positive correlation between the expression of CXCL12 and Wnt2 b in cholangiocarcinoma tissue(r=0.28,P<0.05).Conclusions:(1).CXCL12 and Wnt2 b might play a part in the occurrence,development,invasion and metastasis of cholangiocacinoma.(2).Combined detection of both CXCL12 and Wnt2 b were exacter than single detection in diagnosis and the distinguish of histological type,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage.
