Research On Sensitivity And Specificity Of TNF-?,IL-1? And IL-6 In The Diagnosis Of Gastric Cancer

Objective: To investigate the clinical application of TNF-?,IL-1? and IL-6 in the diagnosis of gastric cancer,in order to improve the sensitivity and diagnostic rate of clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer.Methods: the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University in November 2015-2016 year in December 120 cases of blood samples of patients,divided into three groups,including normal control group,tumor group and chronic gastritis group with 40 cases in each group.Using ELISA method respectively in normal control group,tumor group and chronic gastritis group three groups of subjects were TNF-? in serum.To detect the expression of IL-1? and IL-6.Comparison of three kinds of inflammatory factors in the normal control group,the content and the sensitivity of chronic gastritis group and gastric cancer group,finally using statistical methods to analyze the statistical results.Results: 1,using the nonparametric Wilcoxon test(Kruskal Wallis test)compared with control group,gastritis group,gastric cancer group TNF-?,IL-1?,IL-6 difference,the control group showed that,gastritis,gastric cancer group between TNF-?,IL-1?,there were significant differences in IL-6,22 showed gastric cancer group the TNF-?,IL-1?,IL-6 were significantly higher than the control group,gastritis group,control group and gastritis group TNF-?,IL-1?,there was no significant difference in serum.2 IL-6,TNF-?,IL-1? and I The content of L-6 was significantly higher than the normal control group and chronic gastritis group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05);3,the optimal critical value of TNF-? identification of gastric cancer was 60.77,the sensitivity and specificity were 92.5% and 90%,the correct index for the optimal cut-off value of0.825.IL-1? identification of gastric cancer was 29.74,the sensitivity and specificity were77.5% and 88.75%,the correct index for the optimal cut-off value of 0.663.IL-6 in differential diagnosis of gastric cancer was 5.775,the sensitivity and specificity were97.5% and 85%,the correct index was 0.825.T The optimal threshold value of TNF-?,IL-1? and IL-6 in the differential diagnosis of gastric cancer was 0.37,the sensitivity and specificity were respectively 97.5% and 97.5%,and the correct index was 0.95.Conclusion: the sensitivity of three kinds of inflammatory factors in the diagnosis of gastric cancer is the highest,with statistical significance(P<0.05),can improve the diagnostic rate of gastric cancer.
