| Objective: To explore the clinical value of combined determination of serum MG7 - Ag and CCL18 for early diagnosis in gastric cancer.Methods: MG7 - Ag and CCL18 in serum were determined by enzyme linked ImmunoSorbent assay (ELISA). The two indices were analyzed to judge their early diagnosis value and the relationship with the biology behavior of gastric carcinoma.Results: MG7 - Ag level have the tendency to rise to the stomach cancer group from benign disease, precancerous lesions, and there was statistical difference (P < 0.01) among each group. Stomach cancer patients MG7 - Ag had the highest level. MG7Ag gastric cancer patients in the expression level of depth of invasion, TNM staging (P <0.05). CCL18 level to rise to the stomach cancer group from the normal control group, benign disease group to gastric precancerous lesion group, in addition to gastric cancer group (P <0.01) between the two groups outside the other there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Gastric cancer patients in CCL18 expression level of differentiation, depth of invasion, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05)。The positive expression rates of MG7 - Ag and CCL18 in serum were 71.7% and 80.4% in the stomach cancer group ,In this unite test, the positive rates of MG7-Ag + CCL18 was 91.3%。Conclusion: Serum MG7 - Ag, and CCL18 are specific and useful markers for early diagnose, Both combination can significantly improve the detection of intermittent rate of early gastric cancer。...
