Objective: To study the expression and clinical relevance of TGF-β1,slug and E-cadherin in bile duct carcinoma,analyzes the role in the bile duct cancer occurrence and development mechanism,and provide the experimental basis for clinical treatment of bile duct carcinoma.Methods: Collect the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from 2010 to 2016,70 cases of pathological complete and clinical data of wax bile duct carcinoma tissue samples,20 cases were confirmed as the negative of the bile duct carcinoma tissue adjacent to carcinoma specimens of wax block as a negative control.Using immunohistochemical method(S-P)to detect,analyzes 70 cases of bile duct carcinoma and 20 cases of normal bile duct tissue adjacent to carcinoma of TGF-β1,Slug and E-cadherin protein expression with the patient’s age,tumor differentiation,tumor size,lymph node metastasis,presence of hepatic artery and portal vein invaded in the relationship between clinical factors.Use SPSS21.0 statistical software analysis results.Results: 1 In bile duct carcinoma tissue TGF-β1,slug and E-cadherin positive expression rate of 67.1%,62.9% and 41.4% respectively,in the normal bile duct tissue adjacent to carcinoma positive expression rate of 25.0%,30.0% and 80.0% respectively,three kinds of protein in the bile duct carcinoma tissue and normal bile duct tissue adjacent to carcinoma of expression differences have statistical significance.2 In the bile duct carcinoma tissue,TGF-β1 and Slug positive expression rate in lymph node metastasis group is higher than without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05)in hepatic artery and portal vein invaded group is higher than no invaded group(P<0.05).With the patient age,tumor size,tumor differentiation degree no correlation(P>0.05).E-cadherin positive expression rate is lower than the group without lymph node metastasis in lymph node metastasis group(P<0.05)in hepatic artery and portal vein invaded below without invaded group(P<0.05).E-cadherin positive expression and the patient age,tumor size,tumor differentiation degree no correlation(P>0.05).3 In bile duct carcinoma tissue,the positive correlation between the expression of Slug and TGF-β1(r=0.658,P<0.05);TGF-β1 and negatively correlated with the expression of E-cadherin(r=0.527,P<0.05);Slug and negatively correlated with the expression of E-cadherin(r=0.526,P<0.05).Conclusion: 1 Compared with bile duct carcinoma by normal glands,TGF-β1,Slug express obviously higher in cholangiocarcinoma,and its expression level and bile duct cancer lymph node metastasis,hepatic artery or portal vein invaded.Tip in bile duct carcinoma,infiltration,both play an important role in the process of transfer,can be used as judgment an important index of clinical progress and prognosis of bile duct carcinoma.2 Compared with bile duct carcinoma by normal glands,E-cadherin expression significantly decreased in the bile duct carcinoma and its expression level and bile duct cancer lymph node metastasis,hepatic artery or portal vein invaded.Participation in the bile duct carcinoma the hint,invasion and metastasis process.3 E-cadherin expression is reduced EMT’s signature event,TGF-β1 and Slug exist in the process of regulating the EMT synergy.EMT is an important phenomenon,bile duct carcinoma(HCC)in the process of development for bile duct carcinoma metastasis mechanisms to provide a reasonable explanation.
