Objective: the cause of cholangiocarcinoma is relatively difficult to detect and the clinical cure rate towards it is rather low. And this has something to do with the invasion and metastasis of cancer cells. Therefore, it is of great clinical implications to research on the mechanism of early diagnosis and metastasis of cholangiocarcinoma. The invasion and metastasis mechanism of cancel cells is pretty complicated. At present, it is commonly agreed that it is much related with EMT. Based on the thorough understanding of cholangiocarcinoma, Git2、E-cadherin、Vimentin、EMT, etc, and related research home and abroad on the relationship between Git2’s expression in both normal and cancel tissues and motion and transference mechanism of cells, this research conducts experimental analysis on the aspects of cause of cholangiocarcinoma, EMT and the expression of Git2 、 E-cadherin 、 Vimentin in cholangiocarcinoma tissues. This paper mainly research the expression of Git2、E-cadherin、Vimentin in bile duct cancer tissues and further, based on the results, analyze its relationship with cholangiocarcinoma. Methods: re-slice the 59 paraffin specimen of bile duct cancer tissues and 59 adjacent tissues of choledoch; use the method of immunohistochemistry to test and study the expression change of E-cadherin、Vimentin、Git2 in bile duct cancer tissues and normal tissues; analyze the relationship between E-cadherin 、 Vimentin 、 Git2 and cholangiocarcinoma based on the experimental data.Result: Compared with the control group, in the observation group we can find expression the loss of E-cadherin, increasing positive expression rate of Git2 and Vimentin( P<0.05). The expression of Git2 is realated with the degree of tumor differentiation.(P<0.05). In bile duct cancer tissues, Git2 is positively related with Vimentin(r=0.350,P<0.05)and the loss of E-cadherin(r=0.450,P<0.05). Git2、E-cadherin and Vimentin is realated with lymphaden metastasis and they have nothing to do with gender, age and the degree of tumor differentiation. Conclusion: Git2 has high expression in cholangiocarcinoma and might involve itself in EMT.
