| Objective: As a new treatment of scar,micro plasma radio frequen cy technology had been widely used in clinic,however there were little researches about the curative effect of hypertrophic scars.This study in vestigated the variation tendency of microvessel count(MVC)and IL-8(interleukin 8,IL-8)contents of hypertrophic scars in rabbit ears after the treatment of micro plasma radio frequency technology,trying to eval uate the curative effect of Micro plasma radio frequency technology in hypertrophic scars,offering experimental and theoretical basis for the tre atment of micro plasma radiofrequency technology in hypertrophic scars.Methods:1 6 New Zealand female rabbits,weighted 2.5 to 3 kg.12 ears of hypertrophic scars models in the ventral side of rabbit ears randomly d ivided into 2 groups--the blank group and experimental group that treate d with micro plasma radio frequency technology.30 days after the treat ment we cut the hypertrophic scars as samples and made them into par affin section.We dicussed the histopathologic changes of HE staining、t he variation tendency of MVC by CD34 and IL-8 contents in immunohi stochemical methods.2 The variation tendency of MVC and IL-8 contents of hypertrophi c scars in rabbit ears after the treatment of micro plasma radio frequenc y technology were examined between the experimental group and black group.Date was represented by means ±standard deviation.The test and correlation analysis were performed by using SPSS 21.0,and P<0.01 was used as the criterion of significant difference.Result : 1 Hist o morphol ogi cal changesThe black group: The scar tissue protruded from the skin surface with r ed color and hard texture.HE staining showed the dermis were thicker than nomal tissue.The scar tissue has more capillaries、mechanocyte a nd collagenous fibers which were arranged anomaly.The experimental group: The scar tissue was lower 、softer and light-col ored than the black group.HE staining showed that the dermis were thi ner than the black group.Capillaries、mechanocyte were less than the bl ackgroup and collagenous fibers were orderly arrangement.2 Immunohistochemical results 2.1 The microvessel density of the experimental group was27.00±5.49/mm2 and the black group was 48.25±8.51 /mm2.The two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01),which showed that the microvessel de nsity of the experimental group was significantly lower than the black g roup.2.2 The average IOD of IL-8 in the experimental group was 0.016±0.011 and the average IOD of IL-8 in the black group was 0.078±0.023.The two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01),which showed tha t the expression of IL-8 in the experimental group was lower than the black group.2.3 There was a positive correlation between microvessel count and IL-8 expression in hypertrophic scar(P<0.01)in both groups.Conclusion:Micro plasma radio frequency technology had certainly preventiv e effect on hypertrophic scar of rabbit ear.Inhibiting the expression of IL-8 and angiogenesis in hypertrophic scars might be a new treatment o f hypertrophic scar. |
