Objective:To explore the effect of micro plasma radio frequency technology combined withlong pulse 1064nmNd:YAG laser in the treatment of hyperplastic scar and observe the clinical therapeutic effect. Methods:From 2012 March to 2013 September, the Shan xi Da Yi Hospital of orthopaedic outpatient and inpatient diagnosis of 80 cases of hypertrophic scars patients, of which 36 were males,44 were females; were randomly divided into A group (treatment group, age 1 years old~50 years old, mean age 19 years) in 40 patients with micro plasma RF technology combined with long pulse 1064nmNd:YAG laser treatment, B group (control group, aged 6~60 years, mean age 24.6 years) in 40 patients with single application of micro plasma radio frequency technology.80 cases of patients with scar in the face, neck and chest and limbs and other exposed area of the body surface, area of 2-18cm2, the course of disease was 6 months ~4 years, skin types are Fitzpatrick skin class Ⅲ or IV. Through two kinds of laser treatment instrument of the two groups were treated, to observe the reaction of the skin and to compare the two methods, and evaluate its clinical efficacy.Results:Patients were followed up for 3~6 months,39 cases with A group of patients,1 cases unsatisfactory, satisfactory rate was 97.5%; 32 cases in group B were satisfactory, unsatisfactory in 8 cases, satisfactory rate was 80%.Conclusion:micro plasma radio frequency technology combined with long pulse1064nmNd:YAG laser treatment proliferative scar than separate application of micro plasma RF technology has good curative effect, patients have highersatisfaction.
