3D printing technology has changed the concept of metal processing technology in the past.It makes the material manufacturing method became to increase the material manufacturing.This not only saves material,but also can improve the accuracy of the product.3D printing technology is applied to the manufacture of dental implants.It can be produced according to the patient’s individual requirements and also can reduce the patient’s alveolar bone loss,shorten the treatment cycle,reduce the inconvenience of the patient during toothless period.At present,China’s dental implants rely mainly on imports.Its price is very expensive and the size is single.China has more than 300 million teeth missing patients.That shows that the dental implant market is huge.Therefore,it is important to realize 3D printing dental implants.In order to explore more about the feasibility of 3D dental dental implants.This article explores the performance indicators of the Italian and Swiss dental implants.And it provides the basis for the mechanical properties of 3D pringting dental implants.but also for the localization of dental implants to provide theoretical and technical guidance.Secondly using 3D printing technology print titanium alloy specimen.And the microstructure,hardness,strength and elongation of the specimen were tested.And it provides theoretical guidance for 3D printing implant dental implants.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analysis of two imported dental implants.Determine its geometric structure,composition,organization,hardness,to study its processing technology.(2)Using Ti6Al4 V powder,for 3D printing.Study on the influence of the main process parameters of 3D printing on the microstructure,hardness,strength and elongation of the specimen.(3)The effects of different temperatures on the microstructure,hardness and strength of 3D printing specimens were investigated in annealing process.Result:In the experimental range,the best process parameters of the 3D printer of model LM120 laser power 400 W,scanning speed 100mm/s,powder thickness of 30μm.The optimum annealing process is 750 ℃ for 25 min,air cooling.Its organization showed basket basket,hardness 428 HV,compressive strength 1455 MPa.
