| Objective: To compare the clinical application effects of implantation precision of dental implant under the guidance of two different implanted guiding plates: totally guide template and partially guide template,discuss the impact of implant hole preparation methods to implantation precision of dental implant,and provide a reference to choose implant hole preparation methods.Methods: Chose patients who were dentition defect or denture depletion and planning to take dental implantation in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Qingdao University Affiliated Hospital from February 2016 to January 2017,totally 21 patients,97 implants which were randomly divided to group A totally guided template implanted guiding plate and group B partially guided template implanted guiding plate.53 implants in group A took the solution of implant hole preparation method under guidance of totally guided template implanted guiding plate,44 implants in group B took the solution of implant hole preparation method under guidance of partially guided template implanted guiding plate.Collected CBCT data immediately after surgery.Overlapped match the simulating implant data before and after surgery.Tested horizontal deviation hex、vertical deviation hex、horizontal deviation apex、vertical deviation apex and center axis agular deviation between the implants position after surgery and designed position.Results: Implants in group A was as follow: horizontal deviation hex was(0.86±0.51)mm,vertical deviation hex was(0.79±0.44)mm,horizontal deviation apex was(1.61±0.95)mm,vertical deviation apex was(1.30±0.60)mm and center axis agular deviation was(3.99±2.60)°,all smaller than Data in group B,which as horizontal deviation hex was(1.06±0.52)mm,vertical deviation hex was(1.02±0.61)mm,horizontal deviation apexwas(2.40±1.39)mm,vertical deviation apex was(2.28±1.45)mm and center axis agular deviation was(7.40±3.62)°,the difference between group A and B had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions: Totally guided template implanted guiding plate can exclude interference,the control of implantation precision is better than partially guided template implanted guiding plate.The application effect of totally guided template implanted guiding plate is better than partially guided template implanted guiding plate. |
